Pros:

I enjoyed staying at Al Mascaron Ridente because it is located on a busy street full of bars and restaurants, yet it is calm, quiet, and peaceful. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was helpful and kind.

Well located hotel but bed for a single room not matching advertisement and very uncomfortable

Cons:

I booked a single room for three nights and the bed I received was much smaller than the one shown in the listing photos. It was a narrow single and uncomfortable for an adult. I asked the manager for help but was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative was possible. For the price paid, the room did not match expectations.

Hotel coqueto y muy bien ubicado
Pros:

La limpieza del hotel perfecta. Relacion calidad precio muy ajustada, y la ubicación está muy bien, tienes practicamente todo a mano. Hay muy buen ambiente alrededor del hotel para tomar algo por la tarde o incluso cenar al borde del canal. Destaco también la comodidad de la cama, ya aue despues de un dia de caminata se agradece descansar. Cero ruidos en los alrededores. Lo recomiendo 100%

Cons:

Por poner algo "a mejorar", el precio del desayuno nos pareció excesivo, 15€ y por ello no lo cogimos.

Localização excelente, perto de restaurantes autênticos e com avaliações acima da média. Não muito distante o trajeto até a estação S. LÚCIA.

Cons:

Senti falta de abastecimento no frigobar com água mineral. Quarto sem vistas para as águas de Veneza.

Really unhygienic and I don’t even stay in that hotel state with my friends outside. It was really pathetic and will stay. I ever taken in my entire life and I’m not even used that bed and I went and speak to the reception. There is a lady Indian lady and she’s so rude, and she’s not even speaking to us any properly, and we are unhappy with that and the staff are very rude. I don’t know doing check-in. There is a lady she was doing my check-in in between, and she went to do something else. She don’t even done proper checking for me and some other Indian guy and he’s not even also not smiling at all, and it was really really disappointing.
