Die Lage war sehr gut und das Zimmer sehr schön.

Cons:

Da das Bett quasi auf einer Zwischenebene steht, erreicht die Klimaanlage diesen Bereich kaum. Es war etwas warm, allerdings war es auch draußen während unseres Aufenthaltes extrem heiß.

Worst two nights with air condition problem
Pros:

Hotel staff tommaso and Lara were really nice to us

Hotel location is good 👍

Cons:

Air condition was not working and one of two nights we stayed awake due to mal function of air condition

Hotel manager informed his,staff there is problem in air condition and I sent e-mail to booking.com through the app after my first night stay,which is worst ever and because I had my kids with me and paid upfront nin refundable stay i was,really angry especially hotel manager did not even care to contact me to apologize but informed his,staff I should look for another hotel

Imagine I am,staying two nights and already upon my booking several months ago they already know I am coming so not sure why they ask non refundable booking to collect money but do not offer guest proper rooms especially it is advertised with air condition

So hotel management no excuse of this mistake and I am waiting for refund

Fantastic, staff excellent and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Gorgeous little property tucked away, fantastic location for exploring. We had a room with a double bed upstairs and single bed downstairs for our son. Completely open plan, lots of space to store our luggage.

Air con didn’t work properly in our room and probably needs updating

Perfect customer support. Best support staff. Gave lots of answers on how to get around. Made reservation for transporta

Excellent service. Lara is the front desk customer support contact. She communicated with me to provide travel options from the Marco Polo airport to the hotel. She includes cost for water taxi, location of the taxi at the airport and how to walk to the hotel after the water taxi ride. I needed a van and driver to the Norwegian cruise line which she contacted the service provider and made the reservation for me. Her service is excellent and beyond the usual service of her position. Thank you Lara for your professional service and to make my trip to Venice a happy and memorable experience.

Cons:

Location is excellent. It’s away from the tourist traffic and the waterfront provides easy pickup for water taxi.

Pros:

Hotel room was clean, and hotel was tucked away on a quieter street but not far from all the main areas to see. The staff were super helpful, especially Tomasz. One night we had a problem with our Aircon and Tomasz stayed after his finishing time to make sure it was fixed.. The breakfast was very good too, served in a water front room with the doors open. Lots of artwork around which I looked.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, they showed me all the great places to go and offered to arrange day trips. The location was not too far from the train station, and not too far from the Piazza San Marco.

Cons:

The rooms air was quite stagnate when we arrived. But the air conditioning unit helped alleviate this issue after a while.
