Cons:

We had to change the room thrice. The first room had a rat in it!!! The second room had dust coming out of the AC. Then we had to engage in an argument with the staff to get us a proper room. This is pathetic!!

Good stay but the hotel is in need of renovation.
Pros:

Walking distance from the railway station. Public transport available at the doorstep and can book cabs/autos easily.

The staff were very polite and helpful.

Good spread of vegetarian breakfast, different options every day.

Cons:

This is not our first stay in Rajmahal. The rooms are now getting old and are in need of renovation. There are markings in the walls and the bathroom has stains. Our bathroom door was jam when we arrived and the maintenance guy had to come to fix it.

Our room was at the 7th floor and there were children in the nearby rooms who were playing in the hallway most of the time, banging at our door, ringing the bells, etc. which made our stay quite unpleasant.

All the bells and whistles, a 4-star hotel should have.

Cons:

The breakfast choices were pretty ordinary, and I think it's the only 4-star hotel I've stayed in where I couldn't get an egg.
