Pros:

Great property and location. The suite was absolutely amazing and the view was to die for. My only complaint was the shower temperature was luke warm, almost cold. I contacted the front desk concerning the problem but it was never rectified. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Pros:

This place was amazing! I love how nice the staff was and the room service. I had a nice room with a sea view 😎 The bed was cozy, and the floors are shiny. I impressed all the ladies here lol The tub was nice as well... the only thing I didn't like was the shower because the water didn't get steamy hot and the water pressure was low but it's just my personal preference.

The staff were very nice ! They were friendly and always so helpful. The property advertisement lied about having a spa and massage on the property. They also lied about having a second restaurant . They only serve breakfast, but not vegetarian friendly. The rooms are amazing but the beds are hard as a rock. The staff was my favorite part about this hotel!

We love the staff! Rooms were beautiful but beds were hard as hell! The 8th floor hallway is way too dark. Doesn’t feel safe to walk in the hallways. They lied about the spa services. They don’t have spa services. They also lied about the second restaurant. They only serve breakfast. The fried rice majority of the time had meat in it. Only one time when they had vegetarian fried rice. Mostly meat, not vegetarian friendly. Overall the staff was amazing! Everything else was subpar.

Kaikki työntekijät istuivat puhelimet kädessä, uima-altaalla viisi työntekijää ja kaikki puhelimet kädessä. Hieman fiilis ettei asiakkaat niin kiinnosta. Aamupala yksitoikkoinen ja suppea, sieläkin työntekijät selasivat suurimmaksi osaksi puhelimiaan.

Good for people who want a cheap good hotel.
Pros:

A good atmosphere hotel. The room is big and clean. A kids friendly hotel. It is a bit far from The North Pattaya but you can feel the smell of the ocean by the pool (with the ocean view). The hotel is surrounding with many restaurants and shops within a walking distance.

The price of the hotel is reasonable.

Pros:

the hotel is quite remote from Pattaya beach. The rooms and common areas were dirty. The staff haven't been trained properly and very few speak English. It took us 30 minutes to order 2 coffees in the lobby... and another 30 minutes to receive them.
