Séjour très chouette à l'hôtel.
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute ! L'emplacement parfait pour visiter Istanbul.

Pros:

The hotel is right next to the Galata tower, great location, everything is close by. Staff are extremely friendly and useful

Cons:

Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and some parts of the kitchen needed updates and a small renovation, but nothing that would influence an excellent stay.

Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel, the location is perfect and it’s easy to get around. The staff are friendly. I got a room upgrade and had one with a balcony overlooking Galata, it was amazing. The breakfast option at a nearby café is also good, with plenty of choices.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά.

Cons:

Τα σεντόνια θέλουν άμεσα αντικατάσταση. Το πρωινό σε διπλανή καφετέρια θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο.

Pros:

Excellent location near to Galata Tower. As well as breakfast in the restaurant opposite to the Tower, where you can choose one dish

Cons:

Staff. They offered persistently transfer to the airport. Also at the end when I said to call usual taxi, he started to call to his special car. Only because of it I will give less points for my stay. Because there are lots of other place where to stay in Istanbul, where staff will be friendly

Very Nice
Pros:

The location is right in the center of a fun neighborhood. Across the street from Show, a comprehensive grocery store. A short walk to many options for public transportation. The breakfast at the cafe across the street was great. You can sit and people watch, right under the Galata tower each morning. We had a 3rd floor, deluxe room with tower view and the pictures were accurate. Room was cleaned every day and the sheets were nice, white, and fresh. The staff was very kind and helpful in all ways. The apartment is very safe, with 24/7 staff in lobby and external entry by code. Copious hot water in the shower. They have a generator in case of neighborhood power outages, which kicked on twice for seamless electricity (for a few minutes each time only). It was relatively quiet, considering the proximity to the crowds and nightlife in the area. When you close the balcony door, it is peaceful! We brought our child and our family was very comfortable.

Cons:

The WiFi connection is so slow that they had to reset it many times for us to connect. This is an issue in the neighborhood in general, not just this hotel. I had to do some work, so for one whole day I went to a daily coworking space in the neighborhood with high speed internet in order to answer and write emails. It was convenient, but not what I had planned. If you are traveling for work, this is worth noting, as working online in the apartment in the evenings after a day of sightseeing was not possible. I had hoped that doing basic work from the hotel would be possible because websites and emails took too long to load. The apartment was a little worn (old hairdrier, one light in the bathroom not working, one of two of the "flushing buttons" on the toilet did not work, appliances in kitchen were not new, a couple of ceiling lights were out, dishes were not clean) but if you are expecting a 2 or 3-star experience, you will be very happy! We note these things, as you cannot see these details from the pictures, which are accurate for what they are showing. No lift, for those who may need one. The hotel made sure to check that we were able to stay on the 3rd floor before assigning our room, which we appreciated. :)

Great location, excellent value and service
Pros:

The location is perfect for a short stay and most of the tourist sites are within walking distance.
The staff are very nice and helpful.

We had a standard room on the first floor. It's a small but comfortable room with a decent sized bathroom / shower.

The Galata tower is just behind the hotel, and visible from the window. There are many bars, restaurants and shops in the area. It's a very busy area, but not too noisy at night.

The breakfast was a highlight. A voucher is given for the nearby Guney Restaurant. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the Galata tower is a great way to start the day!

Overall great value for money!

Отличное расположение отеля, прямо рядом с Галатской башней. Прекрасный завтрак в кафе у подножия башни с видом на неё был включен в стоимость. Хозяин отеля максимально клиентоориентирован, помогает, подсказывает. Уборка в номере средняя, все необходимое есть, комфортно и тепло.

Отель замечательный! Начиная от встречи у двери, заканчивая отъездом! Чудесные люди! Расположение отличное, из окна галатская башня❤️ очень вкусные завтраки, каждый день разное. Каждый день уборка, смена полотенец, принесли утюг и доску. Отличный напор воды, тепло, хоть и попали в холодную погоду. Кровати очень удобные, несмотря на расположение, в номере тишина. Высыпались отлично! Вообщем, в следующий раз вернемся в этот отель! Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Поставил кулер. Не хватает зонтов. Обновить постепенно номера. Очень несовременно.. Проверить и заменить технику

Месторасположение! Если брать номер с видом на башню симпатично. С/у хороший. В плане тишины нормально, если учитывать , что улица самая оживленная (думали будет шумнее )

Бронировали номер суперлюкс . Нас было двое
Выбрала по фото, чтобы номер был просторный
Но как итог ! Ещё одна кровать, которая занимала место….
Отсутствовал столик, который заявлен в описании / фото номера
На кухне нет сковороды … весьма странно
Чайник разваливается, крышка оторвана
Фен старый
Нет зонтов ..
Фото специально своё и сайта = ожидание и реальность ..
