Una struttura grande e moderna, ottima la posizione e comodo il parcheggio a pagamento 13 euro a notte

Io ho soggiornato per 5 notti in questa struttura, la mattina dopo la prima notte mi sarei aspettato che la camera venisse riordinata invece non si è visto nessuno. Allora ho chiesto alla reception se era possibile per le prossime giornate di far riordinare la camera ed allora tutte le mattine lo é stato fatto. Poi ho chiesto il motivo e mi hanno risposto che nella politica dell’hotel non si esegue questo servizio per chi rimane per più notti. Per avere questo servizio bisogna richiederlo. Da un hotel a 4 stelle non mi aspetto una cosa del genere.

It was okay, there was no minibar in the room which you would even find in B&B which was dissapointing for Radisson.

Sehr komfortable und schöne Zimmer, Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt und geladen werden, sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Sehr sauber und sehr ruhig, Personal freundlich. Klima selbst einstellbar, Bett gross, gratis Mineralwasser

Cons:

Handseifenspender und Lotion leer, Parkplatz kostet 13€ zusätzlich - würde ich für eine Stadt ok finden,- aber für das kleine Örtchen übertrieben. Matratze ziemlich hart,- mir wurde empfohlen beim nächsten Mal einen Topper zu ordern - war um ist der nicht generell auf der Matratze? Keine gekühlte Minibar.
