Location is great 5 minutes walk to lots of restaurants and mini markets, closed to public transportation, great breakfast, good size room.

Good central stay, easy pick up location if planning tours
Pros:

A convenient mid-town hotel offering a good service. As a disabled (blind) solo visitor I found the staff helpful and kind, and they autimatically allocated me an accessible ensuite bedroom. The reception desk were helpful and kind at all times, whilst in the breakfrast room, Anderson was particularly attentive and helful towards guests, and deserves hotel recognition for it.

The equipment in the gym (treadmills) were broken which was hard as we couldn't find a field to run in either.

Overpriced for what it was
Pros:

Location was great, next to a station and a short walk to the cable car

Cons:

Breakfast was messy. They have various plates for meats, cheese, fish etc. But only one pair of tongs so there is lots of cross contamination which is horrible!

The room has no main light. Just lots of mood lighting.

The shower had some weird glass partition to the room instead of a normal wall.
