Hotel moderno situato in una zona tranquilla e con molti servizi, in ottima posizione per visitare Santiago muovendosi sia a piedi che in metropolitana (stazione della metro vicina alla struttura).
Camera veramente grande, pulita e ben arredata.
Buona colazione, anche se non molto varia.
Possibilità di prenotare (pagandolo a parte) il transfer da e per l'aeroporto.
Illuminazione della camera migliorabile. Trattandosi di un moderno "business hotel" risulta forse un pochino anonimo, non molto diverso da altri hotel di questo tipo.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was nice and the bathroom
was large. The hotel is in a safe location and there is staff available 24hrs.
The only thing I may add is a microwave in the lobby for guests to use.
Hotel location was good and the hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was above average.
NO HOT WATER…. Apparently they were having some problem with the hot water system. Arrived Friday afternoon, and were assigned a room where the lock to the room was broken and then switched to another room. We found the second room had a safe that was not bolted down so anyone could walk off with it. Maintenance came to bolt it down. We noticed no hot water in sink and shower later. Was told maintenance was gone for the day, and would be fixed on Saturday. On Saturday it did not work either. Finally got warm (not hot) water Sunday. There is a large construction site next door and Monday, there was loud construction noise. We left Monday at 2pm so I cannot say how long it lasted but this construction will likely go on for months.
