Weiterempfehlung, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Pros:

Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Wunderbare Bar und Swimmingpool auf dem Dach mit einem sehr schönen Blick, Sehr freundliches Personal, das bei jeder Fragestellung unterstützt hat. Im Vorfeld wurden Informationen zum Checkin gesendet. Wir konnten unsere Koffer für 3 Tage kostenfrei einlagern und hattten das Glück bereits um 14 Uhr einchecken zu können und konnten am letzten Tag das Zimmer bis 13 Uhr nutzen. Die Bestellung des Taxis zum Flughafen war sehr zufriedenstellend. Fahrräder können kostenfrei mit Fahrradhelmen ausgeliehen werden, leider aber kein Damenrad verfügbar.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden. Das 7 Tage nach unserer Abreise und Bezahlung noch die Sicherung für die Buchung auf unserem Konto nicht gelöscht ist. Auf unsere Nachfrage haben wir leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Das finden wir etwas schade.

Wonderful stay at Solace
Pros:

I loved this hotel - the room was better than I expected, very quiet, very comfortable and modern. Staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were gorgeous. It was in a great area. I’d definitely stay here again.

Al baño le faltaban detalles de mantenimiento. La ducha si bien tenía buena presión de agua, no se podia regular correctamente y por momentos se sentía un olor desagradable, quizá delas cañerias
