Ótima escolha!
Pros:

Ótima localização, bem próximo á estação de metrô Pedro de Valdívia, em um bairro super tranquilo, silencioso e seguro.
Café da manhã muito bom e acomodações também. Pessoal /equipe super atenciosa. Eles deixam água, Coca cola e uma máquina de café expresso todos os dias no quarto o que ajuda bastante para o hóspede.

Cons:

Foi tudo ótimo, não tenho nada a reclamar.

Uma estadia excelente, confortável e muito bem localizada, que tornou minha experiência em Santiago ainda mais especial.
Pros:

Excelente localização, instalações modernas e muito confortáveis, quarto espaçoso e limpo, além de um café da manhã variado e de ótima qualidade. A equipe também foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia.

A wonderfully quiet and comfortable hotel with incredibly friendly staff.
Pros:

I loved the quiet little area this hotel is situated in. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The staff were also incredibly friendly and always happy to help.

Cons:

It is located a few blocks away from the main shopping district. However, this really wasn't a big issue for us since there are still plenty of fantastic restaurants right around the hotel.

Pros:

Room is big and modern. Comfortable bed and really nice bedding.
Breakfast spread is generous and delicious.
The pool area is a great place to relax with a Chilean wine

Cons:

The shower is really outdated and needs an update. There is mould in the seals which could be fixed.

Buena ubicación, limpio, habitación bastante amplio. Personnel amable.

El desayuno podría ser un poco mejor, la variedad estaba ok pero los dulces (p.ej. croissant y donuts) podrían haber sido más ricos / frescos. La gimnasia muy pequeña, la piscina en el aire libre y pequeña.
