Sehr zentral mit gutem Frühstück

In der Nähe viele Buslinien und Metro. Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Der Pool und die Bar in der obersten Etage waren sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. In der Lobby hatte man Zugang zu einem Kaffeeautomaten, genauso war eine Espresso Maschine im Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Personal na der Rezeption war eher neutral als freundlich. Das Badezimmer müsste renoviert werden. Silikon erneuern, Duschtür reparieren damit sie wieder schließt, Tapete erneuern, Schimmel beseitigen, Toilettenpapier Halter anachrauben weil es locker hängt.
Wir mussten zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln, weil es in der Nähe von Klimaanlagen Aggregaten war, was das sich im Zimmer Aufhalten unmöglich machte, geschweige man hätte dort schlafen müssen. Die Rezeption hat es aber ohne Aufstand geregelt und wir bekamen schließlich ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Buen hotel en Santiago, especialmente en Verano
Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado, con una piscina en los pisos superiores abierta día y noche, bar de piscina y vistas increíbles

Cons:

El personal de recepción poco amable, y los productos del restaurante de la piscina vienen desde el restaurante del piso 1, entonces tardan bastante. La decoración y equipamiento de las piezas no es de hotel cinco estrellas.
