A localização é excelente. O quarto é bem confortável.

Pedi um agrado pela comemoração de 20 anos de casamento e disseram que fariam algo, mas acho que esqueceram. Nada que tenha estragado o momento, mas falhou. A iluminação do quarto não é eficiente.

Very friendly and service oriented staff who spoke perfect English. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Location is also great and makes it easy to visit the major places in Santiago center.
Proximity to Metro station made it easy to go sightseeing.
One of the rooms had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drain.
Extremely comfy beds, hot showers with good water pressure, well stocked kitchen, amazing staff.
Airport transfers were pricey but eh. You only live once.

Quarto bem mediano para um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas, tem hotéis na região muito melhores e com o mesmo preço.
Eu gostei muito da cama onde dormi, todas nós sabemos q um boa cama é essencial para ter uma boa noite de sono!
De não ter explicado q na hora do Check-in eu pagaria mais se não fosse em EUR
