Las habitaciones, la ubicación . Me olvide el cel en la habitación. Lo recuperé. Muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

La mala información. Te dan pulseras para un trago en el casino y entrar a un club nocturno. Nunca informaron que hay un horarios para hacer uso de dichos beneficios.

As acomodações estavam boas, boa localização.

Cons:

Havia reservado um quarto com duas camas de casal grandes pois estávamos em 4 na viagem. Porém chegando no local disseram que o quarto não comportava 4 pessoas e me fizeram alugar mais um quarto.

Nos cobraron Gs.80.000 por una toalla supuestamente manchada por nosotros, lo cual hasta ahora tenemos serías dudas, ya que solo se usaban para las manos y la cara. Sinceramente desconfiamos de que la toalla fue ingresada a nuestra habitación después de que salimos, ya que la limpiadora estaba limpiando la habitación contigua.
De todas formas, suponiendo que la toalla manchada hubiese sido nuestra, se soluciona lavándola, para eso tienen lavandería, además el precio cobrado me parece un abuso.
Por otro lado, por motivos laborales, necesitaba que me impriman 2 hojas, por lo que me cobraron Gs. 2.000. No es por la plata, sino por la gentileza del hotel para sus huéspedes en algo tan diminuto.
