Pros:

This property was affordable and in an amazing location! It was charming with their landscaping and cedar siding. Plenty of space and had everything you needed if you wanted to save money and cook at home. Could not recommend this property enough.

It was very outdated and smelled musty; needing a deep cleaning desperately..The decor looked like it was salvaged from a local thrift store 25years ago! I get the wholesome old island vibe but for $450 for 1 night really not acceptable

Pros:

Location was very good. A short walk to Main Street and the harbor.

Cons:

The unit was pretty old and could use some updates. Also, based on the pictures of the pool, I thought the separated area was a hot tub. However, come to find it was not. This was my mistake as the writeup did not say there was a hot tub, but it would be nice if this was made clear since it looks like there is one.

Perfect location, very comfy and cozy, great stay all around!
Pros:

This apartment was in the heart of Edgartown. Very walkable to everywhere! The apartment was very clean and comfortable! The staff were amazing and attentive anytime you need them! We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious! All beds were very comfortable and honestly you can’t beat the price! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a great time in Edgartown!

Excellent location, but the units vary widely in terms of quality. You really can’t be sure what you are getting.
Pros:

Excellent location very close to downtown Edgartown and an easy walk to the beach.

Cons:

Each unit is individually owned and varies in terms of decor and how updated it is. We stayed there a few years ago and had an updated unit. The one we stayed in this time was very old and musty. I would expect consistent quality for the amount of money we paid. We were also disappointed that the receptionist would not let us leave our luggage in the office. We had to leave it in a shed outside that was unattended.

Comfortable bed, couch and chairs. Loved our quick access to the pool.
