Wavia Hotel - Adults only

Der Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bad war sehr runtergekommen bzw. die Wände waren zerkratzt. Es was kein Shampoo aber Condition da.
Das Zimmer an sich hat wenig Abladefläche. Alle Möbelstücke sind im Zimmer aus Plastik.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist schlecht: Verstaubten Steckdosen, der winzige Tisch und der Nachttisch waren schmutzig.
Der Balkon wurde nicht gekehrt. Der Balkontisch und Stühle waren sehr staubig.
Wir hatten ein Gefühl, dass der Personal jeden Morgen nur das Bett gemacht hat aber das Zimmer nicht geputzt hat. Die Handtücher und das Fußtuch im Bad wurden nicht getauscht.

Der Hotel kann man eher als Hostel einstufen.

Everything was extremely dodgy and felt sticky, almost all given facilities either didn’t work at all or not properly, some things like the stairs felt even dangerous to use, there is a disgusting toilet upstairs and outside on the terrace (??? Why - to amuse neighbours!?) - but we bought our own toilet paper - no refills - there are a million switches everywhere and odd sockets in off heights and none of them marked (go find out yourself), an odd audio system which keeps you up if you don’t manage to shut it off (lights and sound), the shower was flooded the minute you used it even gently in the farthest corner from the entry, - BIG maintenance issues, the whirlpool outside was disgusting and smelled rotten and needs a biohazard sign…the towels were old and lousy, bathrobes also damaged, fridge shelves broken…and so on, and so on…look at the photos (a few to get the idea!) - this place needs to shit down and a proper renovation!! The photos they show you online on their website are NOT the truth - no value for a lot of money!! Stay away!!

Leider sind zu viele Kleinigkeiten in der Suite defekt. Der Boden ist sehr abgenutzt und lässt sich deshalb kaum reinigen. Auch das Bad ist in keinem anständigen Zustand. Der Whirrpool ist defekt. Es gibt keine internationale Fernsehprogramme.
Zwar wurde uns vom Personal eine gründliche Renovierung des Hotels angekündigt, aber für den gezahlten Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet. Es war under zweiter Aufenthalt. Einen weitere werden wir nur dann in Betracht ziehen, wenn eine gründliche Renovierung er folgt ist, aber auch die Preise nicht erhöht werden.

Schlechte Parkmöglichkeit

La pulizia, sia della biancheria che della camera, abbiamo dovuto richiedere di cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani e siamo stati esauditi. Essendo arrivati in giorni di festa non era prevista la pulizia per il giorno 25 dicembre. Non c'era personale alla reception. La stanza prevedeva un cucinotto ma non un tavolo in cui consumare i pasti se non fuori al balcone il parcheggio in zona è un vero problema da trovare, davanti alla struttura c'è un garage che costa 18 euro al giorno, non esiste una convenzione.

El hotel a partir de cierta hora no consta de recepcionista, tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta de la habitación y la persona de guardia ( telefonista) no nos lo sabía solucionar , hasta pasadas más de una hora y probar mil cosas no lo pudimos solucionar .
