La camera (queen superior se non sbaglio) era la più grande in cui io sia mai stata. C’era tutto quello di cui si possa avere bisogno, anche gli accappatoi, mai trovati in giappone. La receptionist era gentile e un signore è venuto a prenderci dalla stazione con la sua macchina appena arrivati.
Purtroppo essendo un love hotel è lontanissimo dal “centro” e per prendere i mezzi più vicini bisogna camminare 20 minuti almeno.
It says adult only because it’s a motel
The Staff was really sweet. They instantly knew us and let us in our room each time we came back to the hotel.
The breakfast was also really good despite being called "simple bread" it was croissants, some puff pastries or raisin breads.
The room itself was really huge and equipped with a giant bathroom. The location was more or less close to arashiyama forest and the staff offered a shuttle service to the next train station, in our case even to Yamato transportation for our suitcases.
The location itself was a bit away from everything other but the buses, which rarely arrived on time, brought us to the center in like 40 minutes.
Overall it was a nice experience
It would be a bit or nitpicking, but we had to call the lady each time to unlock the door, if we wanted to go out of our room. Maybe this is common practice for love hotels but it felt strange to be locked in the room.
The toilet seemed also to be a bit clogged and made strange noises after using it for minutes.
The room is big and you will have plenty of space. Breakfast is included (which was different kinds of bread, you already have tea in the room). It is pretty far away from everything but they offered to pick us up which was nice. Also the lady at the front desk was very nice.
If you want to save up money it’s not a bad place for maybe one night or two.
When we arrived they gave us the wrong room. We noticed when we entered the room and there was other people luggage in there. Since rooms don’t have keys, and they open the room for you, it could have been bad if there was people inside and we wanted to exit immediately. We called to the reception and they gave us a new room.
Also the mattress was a little bit hard.
床頭有插座，也有附充電線供客人使用，浴室有浴缸與溫泉包可泡湯，早上有送麵包早餐。還有免費停車場。
沒有飲水機，需自行買水。
部屋が綺麗でフードが安く充実。従業員が親切でモーニングが６時から食べれるから翌日の行動が便利。
奈良市から少し遠く、道が渋滞

Tener que pedir que te abran y cierren la habitación cada vez que llegas al hotel o te vas. El desayuno muy justo. La habitación bien pero antigua.
Really spacious room, lovely lady who runs it, no English but very helpful.
It was just a touch too far from easy access to public transport.
