Het personeel in het Algemeen, onthaal - bediening - eigen Taxi van het hotel mn Davon - personeel verschillende bars, restaurant - Personeel van de Welness was ook top!
Alles was kraaknet en goed onderhouden

First time in Bali. Amazing resort
Pros:

We liked everything about the property; especially the pools and the Service staff! They were amazing!!

Cons:

The hot water system in the room got hot very quickly. I nearly burned myself. The taps need to be adjusted where the hot water comes on more slowly

Pros:

Belle et grande chambre bien équipée avec une super literie. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Emplacement hyper central.

Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Top wifi

On voyageait avec notre fils de 5 ans, il nous ont installés un extra bed sans frais sans même
Que l’on le demande ! Incroyable, c’est tellement rare merci beaucoup ! Et le kids club est vraiment génial.

Les piscines sont très peu ensoleillées.

Our first room was very run down, old, and dirty. The showerhead was filthy and the dressing gown had hair in it from a previous guest.

Pros:

We stayed here for only two nights before our flight back to Germany, and it was absolutely wonderful. This hotel has the best mattress we’ve ever slept on—we slept like babies every night! The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were very welcoming.

We will definitely come back the next time we visit Seminyak. Highly recommended!
