Pros:

Everything was fantastic we had a fantastic time there .

Cons:

Pool at cabana area doesn’t get much sun so the pool was very cold to swim in.

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا، ويعتبر ميزه.
كما أن جميع العاملين كانوا محترمين للغاية، متعاونين، وبشوشين طوال فترة الإقامة.

المرافق العامة في الفندق تبدو نظيفة ومرتبة، ولكن للأسف الغرفة والحمام قديمين ومستهلكين.
يظهر ذلك من حالة البلاط والبانيو، حيث تبدو عليهما آثار الاستخدام الطويل، مما يعطي انطباع بأن الغرفة تحتاج إلى تجديد.

من السلبيات أيضا عدم وجود نافذة داخل الغرفة. صحيح أن هناك شرفة، لكنها تطل مباشرة على المسبح، مما يجعل فتح الستائر شي صعب بسبب عدم وجود خصوصية، وبالتالي تشعر وكأنك مضطر لإبقاء الستائر مغلقة معظم الوقت.

كما لاحظت وجود رائحة غير جيدة في الحمام عند تشغيل ماء الدش، وأتمنى أن تتم معالجة هذه المشكلة.

بشكل عام، كانت الخدمة والموقع ممتازين، لكن الغرف تحتاج إلى تجديد وتحسين لتتناسب مع مستوى الفندق.

Pros:

Incredibly beautiful friendly staff
We have stayed before and this time was somewhat problimatic.
Towels and water bottles lacking after room service, frequent😙
The location, restaraunts, bars, shops ,convienence stores and more amazing.Close to food street.

A nice resort in the heart of Seminyak
Pros:

The rooms here are so huge and totally exceeded our expectations. It slept the three of us very comfortably and we loved the garden room with the big outdoor courtyard with easy access to the pool. The beds were also very comfy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The main pool is right at the front of the resort and next to the restaurant so if you don't mind swimming in front of everyone eating their brekky then it's good fun. The location is great, a short walk to Eat St, Mrs Sippy and other awesome places to eat.

Cons:

Upon check out we got questioned about taking a glass cup from the bathroom as housekeeping couldn't find it. It was an odd thing to think that we would pack in our luggage but other than that it was a lovely stay.

We had a great stay!
Pros:

Great hotel with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious with varitey of choices. There are three swimming pools, which were perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
