The room was cold because the central heating was switched off early evening, and the room is not well insulated, so it was cold by bed time, with no way of locally heating the room, and the bed covers were way too thin.
I had to sleep with clothes on to stay warm enough.
The room was clean the bed very comfy the chap was nice and knowledgeable good location
To many stairs very noisy the people above very loud there was a 20 pond charge for the carport that wasn't mentioned beforehand and an extra 50 pound which I haven't had back yet in case we damaged anything which we didn't won't be using it again as to many rules the milk was of so couldn't have a drink after driving from the north east .

Room was really clean and nicely decorated, convenient location for city centre bars, restaurants, etc.
The bathroom was separate to the room, but was for private use. Some rooms do have en-suite, we booked late and had the last available room, but only a minor inconvenience, everything else was ideal.

Loved our stay, the room was lovely, comfortable beds, great night sleep. Everything you need is in the room, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, milk and sugar. There is even a microwave and toaster which is very unusual for a hotel room but a great idea. The host was very friendly and explained everything in a lovely manner. I would recommend ths lovely place to anyone, it's close to everything you want in the centre of Nottingham. I would definitely stay here again.
The only minor downside was the bathroom outside our room and always having to use a key, but it's not a shared bathroom, so it's only minor. No other issue..

Everything was immaculately clean, in good working order, warm and very comfortable.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Although when booking via booking.com I think it’s a little misleading about the parking. It implies and you think parking is included in the price and your stay. Once you get your booking confirmation in small print it says you have to contact the accommodation to reserve parking and it costs £20. This is in addition to the cost of the accommodation.
