Pros:

We did not partake in the breakfast. The cost per person was excessive for a breakfast.
Would have liked to listen to the live music that was offered in your lounge area but our stay in Calgary didn’t allow us the time. Too bad.

I booked at this hotel because of its location but will not stay again due to high cost for little v
Pros:

Location: excellent.
Value: terrible. Way too much money paid for a hotel with no breakfast included and the need to pay for parking. Ridiculous.

Cons:

Parking should be free for the amount paid to stay at the hotel. Food was very underwhelming.

Pros:

My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the bed is comfortable. The place is nice and clean.

Cons:

That breakfast was not included in the price for one night, which was higher than at other hotels. The elevator going to the pool was not working at that time, which was a little bit of an inconvenience with a kid who has a mobility impairment. Also, didn't check that there was a parking fee. I thought every hotel had free parking.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

We had supper at the hotel restaurant which had excellent food. A little pricey but competitive. We stayed at this hotel because I had surgery booked at the South Health campus hospital which is a block away. Which was super convenient!
