We had a nice time!
Pros:

Large and confortable rooms. Nice pool and sauna. Helpful staff, though only a few speak some english. Ample options at breakfast, both chinese and western (though coffee machine is very slow!)

Cons:

Location of hotel. There is not much to do in the area. Wifi is too wesk for sustaining vpn. Airco rather loud and weak. Airco in gym area too hot

All service that is not included the room-price like food, drinks or spa are expensive.
And there is no outside areas for relaxing or couples of drinks in the evenings

The hotel is average. It is normal Sheraton standard but the service is not exception. Nothing surprising.
Pros:

The hotel is about average. The service is so so but the staff English level is poor. They can’t order room service for us in English. Only their marketing director welcomed us the first day in English. After that, everyone can’t communicate with us. Second, I am very upset with the mailing service as they don’t accept any other mails beside Sf and JD, they can’t help me to pick up the packets from the lockers and it was told after they did two times for me. We stayed for two weeks, they want to charge us printing for 8 pages. The food in the breakfast was boring, the cheese is stale and expired. They served after days and left over. We don’t complain too much because breakfast and dinner( happy hour ) are free. The room is normal and spacious but the hotel guests are loud and we had few times the neighbors were singing and screaming in the room and corridor( it is China) everyone screams!

Great stay
Pros:

Overall good. Value for money. The downside was not many decent eateries nearby. Breakfast was good and starts 6.30am. Spacious room size. A profession l gym is available. There is an indoor swimming pool with warm water. I will be more than happy to come again.
