Nothing the worst hotel ever I stay in my all life
The guy on reception don't let me go when I arrive late .....he fight with me even I show him the booking and messages from the owner of the hotel....so dirty noisy and bad experience all night I could not sleep and I tell hotel owner he don't also take any action again the reception guy

It was the worst experiences I had in my life, I stayed for four nights , 3 of them without electricity (no light, no air conditioning, no heater, and no generator with very cold weather)
There was no stuff. There is only one guy in the reception. He is all the stuff they have, and he is doing nothing
This was the worst property I ever stayed in my life. Room was so sticky floor and unclean, full of cigarettes 🚬 buds. Bathroom was so bad smell. Tape was broken, toilet flush not working. I informed the same to booking.com customer service but no use also.
The property owner tried to cheat us by giving us some other small room.
Overall the worst experience. Please delist this property and refund our money back if possible.

Cleaning zero - no elevator
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to almost all the major tourist attractions and easy to catch transportation such as Metro, bus, taxi and Dolmuç which is the mini bus or big taxi, you can easily rach the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul with excellent service.
P.S this is my first experience in travelling, and of course unforgettable one.

Room was very dirty. Electricity stops every few hours. It was on very dangerous street.
