The girl from Botswana (forgot her name) was incredibly good on her tasks..
The team which works on bar and breakfast can improve their support a lot, I would give a score 6 to them.
The hotel was clean with a lot of activities to do on site including 2 pools. The use of the free shuttle to Duval street area was helpful but being first come first serve made returning late at night a bit harder.
Shuttle service only once per hour. Also the bathroom doors in the rooms don't allow for much privacy when you are in there.
I liked the pool area and the music and food
I didn’t like the roosters waking me up at 4am and the music at 9am
I absolutely loved how convenient and comfortable the property was absolutely beautiful
The bartender Nicole wasn’t nice at all and the rooms were a little hot
The pools, decor, staff were exceptional and kind. The water was always HOT. Loved the pool table.
They no longer have the fishbowl drinks.
There is hidden fees.
The toilet had issues flushing.
The room had some electrical issues.
A couple of days the room was not cleaned.

Albergo tipo resort con piscina e varie aree ricreative. La colazione non è disponibile se non a là carte o tramite uno starbucks dentro la struttura. Biciclette disponibili a pagamento e organizzazione di gite . Navetta disponibile per il centro in 20 minuti
Ogni volta dovevamo chiedere di rifare la camera che puntualmente a tardo pomeriggio non era stata sistemata.
Posizione poco attraente trovandosi fuori dalla old town e non in un zona residenziale, ma raggiungibile il 15 minuti di auto.
