It was a dream!
Pros:

It was very modern and very cozy. We loved the accommodation and the location! We were sad to leave and wished we had more nights here!

The pools were pretty clean warm and the grounds were well kept
Pros:

The property was beautiful and they had a nice job, combining the two properties that were previously there, but unfortunately, we were there during the time where they were redoing the grounds right between the two middle of the hotels so it was construction was going on and it was noisy.

Cons:

As I said, the property was under construction we did not know this when we booked it. The staff inside the lobby were very nice the bartenders and servers during the day at the pool right outside the lobby were not very friendly and sometimes just rude. The bartender from Russia with blonde hair at the bar by the two-story building was a really nice girl. And I didn’t like it they added an 18% gratuity didn’t tell you until you realize you double tipped them. Dirty business. We typically tip 30%.
I also didn’t like the bathroom door because it was a barn, styled slide door and it didn’t close all the way.

Delightfully comfortable after a long day at the beach!
Pros:

Easy check in. No surprises when it came to what was owed for our stay. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Food was great at the coconut bar. Prices were a bit stiff but to be expected.

Cons:

Elevator made a ratchet and horrid sound coming up and down. The back elevator takes forever so we opted for the stairs to go down to the pool. Room needs more than one tiny trash can in the bathroom. Lastly, I’m not sure how this can be fixed but pulling out of the parking lot is very dangerous due to the turns in both directions.

Mixed experience
Pros:

The room was comfortable and mostly clean, and the pools were nice. The shuttle is helpful for getting downtown. The staff were helpful and we were able to keep our luggage with the staff after check-out until we need to leave.

Cons:

It was clear that they don't thoroughly clean the bedroom floors. They only sweep and lightly mop with a swiffer. We leave our shoes at the door and after a shower our bare feet became dirty right away. That wouldn't have happened if they properly clean the hotel room floors. Upon arrival our toilet had some paper in it and it wasn't flushing. We had to repost it. It was fixed within a few hours. We also didn't like the location. It's along a busy highway with a lot of road noise, especially in the ocean side. Additionally, the elevator needs greasing. I heard guests staying near it complain about hearing it all night. Lastly, they were relandscaping part of the back and side yard using equipment that was noisy, so trying to relax at the pool was challenging. Of course this is a time limited issue and at least they were making upgrades.

This is my 2nd time there in the last 3 months and i enjoyed it as much as I did th first time.
Pros:

It was clean and always stuff happening to keep guest entertained. The view from the 6th floor is breath taking.

Pros:

De hotelshuttle is prima. Het personeel bij de receptie en in de 2 bars is uitstekend. De kamer wordt goed schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Er is geen echt restaurant. ‘s Avonds is er slechts 1 bar met fingerfood en pizza’s.
En er is alleen ontbijt à la carte. Daarbij is niet veel keus. Bij de boeking is het dus beter het ontbijt niet inclusief te nemen.
De beide bars zijn prima bij mooi, warm weer. Op koudere of regenachtige dagen is er geen alternatief.
Er is slechts 1 lift voor het hele complex, waar gasten én personeel gebruik van maken. Lange wachttijden zijn onvermijdelijk.

Great stay. Good hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Good facilities. Nice location. Easy to park. Pool good, games around pool great. Restaurants limited but ok.

Cons:

More staff needed at poolside bars, can be a little slow at peak times. Very few loungers for the amount of rooms.

Propaganda enganosa. Vendem um hotel e entregam outro.
Pros:

Não fiquei no Blue Flamingo, apesar de ter reservado e pago com antecedência, pois ao chegar para fazer o Check-in, me encaminharam para outro hotel do mesmo dono. O proprietário possui três hotéis, um ao lado do outro (Blue Flamingo, Hilton e Fairfield by Marriot). Ele vende o Blue Flamingo e sua estrutura de resort e quando você chega para fazer o check-in, afirmam que o Blue Flamingo está lotado, pedem desculpas e o encaminham para o Hilton ou para o Fairfield. Maior embuste contra o consumidor. Você está com a família e cansado da viagem, quer conhecer a cidade que é linda e agradável e não quer perder tempo brigando, então acaba aceitando a nova acomodação.

Cons:

Da farsa na venda da acomodação. Não aconteceu somente comigo. Quando cheguei na recepção do Fairfield, para onde fui enviado, tinham outros 3 hóspedes na mesma situação. Esquema forte de cobrar por algo mais caro (resort 4 estrelas) e encaminhar para um hotel 3 estrelas.

Pros:

Very relaxed and fun vibes. Much more relaxed than the hotel we stayed on further south in Key West!

Cons:

Bit too far out from the main stretch. Taxis definitely a must unless you can get on the shuttle.
