The daily resort fee includes:

Die Lage ist ziemlich gut. Personal ist meist freundlich und hilfsbereit. SMS kommunikator für Beschwerden, Kommentare und Fragen. Mehrere Spiele: Billiard, Basketball, Tischtennis, Mini Golf, ... alle gratis.
Anlage generell sehr schön und attraktiv.

Cons:

Aufzug katastrophal. Zimmerservice total unorganisiert und nicht besonders reinlich. Mehrere Einrichtungen wegen Nebensaison nicht verfügbar (Bar, ...).
Sehr wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück und ausserdem bei oder nach Regen NICHT zu gebrauchen

Beautiful property in the heart of Key West!
Pros:

It was a very nice modern hotel with friendly staff & easy check in. They gave me a free upgrade even though I haven’t requested one.

Pros:

The Service was professional, all the person who work there were kindly, the bartender, the waitress and the person who work at around the pool.

Cons:

We arrive at 12:30 pm and registered my arrived, I understand that was early for check in, but no body text or call me for my check in until 5:30 pm when I claim that they just apologized.

Nice property. Has the possibility of being a good place to stay

Cons:

Staff was miserable.... every single one of them. Cleaning Staff was the worst... not a smile to be seen all week. We were on the 6th floor and the elevators didn't work. Nothing like carrying luggage up and down stairs. And the " ocean view " was of the elevator that didn't work
