Disappointing.
Pros:

The pool area was nice and room was big.

Cons:

Staff were incredibly rude to the point we decided to stay elsewhere for our last night. Basic necessities such as body wash and towels not provided and our toilet was broke all the first day, it was like this on arrival.

Pool area very nice! Breakfast was wonderful. Amazing choices.

Cons:

Paying for parking. The price of the room is more than average so parking should not be a separate fee. Also, the deposit paid at the check-in was taken for tip and parking. We were not told that until we checked out,

Loved the flamingo, we didn’t want to stay right downtown it was the perfect distance away!
Pros:

Loved there was a Starbucks on location! The pools were fun and inviting

One of the worst we've ever been to...
Cons:

loud and old AC (got sick)
- loud ventilation in the room (no option to turn it off, 70-75db all the time)
- no room cleaning
- dirty pool (sand, food, plastic caps)
- ocean view = road view & noise but for higher price..
- breakfast included = mandatory tips on top and limited options, no clear explanation what's included...
- poor contact
- same quality as random motel in Orlando
- additional charges after complete checkout and deposit returned..
- bathroom not really separated
- freakingly slow elevators
- visible dissatisfaction of room service people
- poor conditions
- some people got robbed at the pool area since people from the outside are allowed

Pros:

It was a really great resort, tons to do, clean and comfortable!

Cons:

The roosters will keep you awake, they are relentless. The location wasn’t great, but they do offer shuttles to and from town! I wish there were different drop off/pick up spots, there’s just one. But overall, not bad.

Absolutely beautiful and would come back again.
Pros:

Beautiful property, well kept, clean rooms, great friendly staff. Breakfast tasted delicious each day we had it, close by Publix and only 10 minute drive from Duval st.

Cons:

Turning left out of the hotel is a pain.
