Overall HORRIBLE

Cons:

We had broken showers-Couldn’t shower our first night there. They told us they were going to get it fixed and failed. We were moved 3 times in one night, didn’t shower. Overall we had a random person walk into our room while one girl was undressed. Invasion of privacy. Manager Adrian promised to refund and has still yet to respond. Very unprofessional. Booking.com please do better on choosing who to work with.

Pros:

L’espace extérieur est super. Énormément de jeux pour s’occuper entre 2 baignades. Ambiance très caribeènne. Très sympa. Personnel agréable. Navette pour le centre au top.

Cons:

Un bruit constant de moteur la nuit (que la nuit!) au 5eme étage . Obligé de mettre les bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir. Les poules qui viennent picorer dans votre assiette au petit déjeuner alors que vous êtes entrain de manger.

Das Frühstück am Pool unter Palmen war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Poolanlage war schön angelegt.

Pros:

Um lugar simplesmente perfeito!! A estrutura te faz querer ficar lá o tempo inteiro em vez de explorar a cidade 😅. Muitas atividades, comida e bebida boa. Os quartos são muito limpos e grandes.

Pros:

We stayed here after arriving in Key West a day earlier than planned, and it turned out to be a great find. If you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to stay without paying the premium prices of hotels downtown, this is a solid choice.
Parking is located behind the hotel, and one of the best amenities is the free shuttle service to downtown Key West. They also offer complimentary rides back to the hotel every 30 minutes, which made it easy to enjoy the area without worrying about driving or parking.
The property has a nice pool, a game area behind the hotel, and food trucks nearby, giving you a few options to relax after a day of sightseeing.
One thing to know before you go: there are roosters wandering around the property. Don't let that surprise you though. They're part of everyday life in Key West and add to the island atmosphere.
One money-saving tip: before booking at the front desk, check the Booking app. The walk-in rate was about $50 more than the online price. I booked the room while sitting in the parking lot and saved $50 in just a couple of minutes.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, especially if you don't mind staying a little outside the downtown area and taking advantage of the free shuttle. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
