Cons:

O funcionário do check in não foi nada cordial e amistoso, o ajudante ou estagiário até tentou ser solícito, mas o rapaz do check in não foi. Perguntei se o quarto não ficava perto do elevador, e ele disse que era a Booking que definia o quarto, creio que não seja assim. Faço varias reservas por ano e nunca escutei isso.

Hotel não antecipa o café da manhã para ciclistas
Pros:

Localização, limpeza.

Cons:

Hotel sensacional, porém para quem é ciclista que irá ficar hospedado no hotel para correr alguma prova que a largada seja cedo, não recomendo, pois eles não antecipam o café da manhã, solicitei isso com bastante antecedência e eles simplesmente disseram que não fazem, isso que no hotel tinha inúmeros ciclistas, e a cidade de Timbó, vive muito o cicloturismo, mas para pessoas que estão a passeio é um hotel sensacional, porém super caro pela entrega.

A agua da Piscina estava em análise em pleno feriadão de Páscoa. Chegamos no hotel prontos para usufruir da piscina. Para nosso surpresa ela estava inativa. 😰😰😰😰 inacreditável.
