Beats sleeping in the car and I thought of it
Cons:

Our room was dirty. Carpet was torn and the chair to sit in was so dirty I had to throw a blanket on it to even sit on it.

The elevators were gross. So dirty .

Nice Weekend Getaway
Pros:

I liked the location, movie theater was next door and food options were near. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Fantastic staff, clean front of the house, rooms definitely need work.
Pros:

The entire staff was fantastic! Especially the lady that works in the breakfast area! She was constantly busy cleaning, restocking the breakfast area, and checking on the guests! The front desk was always amazing along with housekeeping! Couldn’t have asked for better!! Super nice!

Cons:

The room was on the rough side. It wasn’t the cleanest (I think because it definitely needs carpet updating or carpet cleaned) The pull out couch mattress was horrible, none of the phones in the room worked, definitely time to update pillows! If it wasn’t for the staff we would have left.

It was a decent hotel.
Pros:

The people who work there are friendly and nice. I had a place to lay down and get some sleep. .

Cons:

I thought it was going to be a more upscale hotel. The rooms and appliances need to be updated to standards.

Pros:

My stay were good.

Cons:

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable due to the springs in the mattress had my back hurting. Dirty clothes underneath the sofa bed, no pillow case I had to use the flat sheet to cover the pillows.

Ok, not great
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

Didn't have the rooms we booked available.
We booked Studio King rooms...got Standard King rooms. Didn't get a valid explanation as to why and no offer of a discount or compensation for the inconvenience of not having a pullout sofa for one of our party members to sleep in.

Pros:

The front desk clerk at check-in was very professional and polite.

Cons:

The first room had an unpleasant smell, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had tissue in the toilet, and the water came out brown at first. While the staff did make the switch quickly, the overall experience was disappointing.

Overall I like the hotel and maybe the next time I stay there everything will be good.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great but room wasn’t clean there was trash in the closet and cookies in the coach, bathroom mirror was so dirty you seen the hand prints in the mirror.

Cons:

If the room would have been clean I would’ve been so happy and would have gave you a 100%.
