Uncomfortable and disappointing.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Lighting was low, especially in the bathroom which was advertised as accessible. There was a tub with a gnarly bench and the tub was dirty behind it. I require a walk-in bathing area with support bars for walking in and out.
Kitchen had only one enormous pot for cooking.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly, very accommodating. The hotel was located very conveniently for what we were visiting the town for. And their breakfast had a very nice layout with plenty of options.

Never stay at this chain again!
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

It was filthy and not well kept. Needs a lot of work to update. Drawers wouldn’t stay shut, doors wouldn’t shut’ etc.

We enjoyed our stay , and the staff at the front desk were great.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. There were healthy options which I enjoyed, and the guy working the breakfast area was a hard worker who stayed busy. Staff was friendly.
Pool was ok.

Cons:

The furniture in the lobby needs to be changed. Several people in our group commented on the stains. (Almost looked like blood stains)
The elevator had a bad smell.

Everything was great but the breakfast was the kids favorite having different options of what they liked.
Pros:

The hospitality of the atmosphere and the extra courtesy providing the option to borrow what you didn’t bring on the trip.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn’t lock or have an option to lock, but we managed to figure out the bathing situation between the boys and girls.

The staff was nice and welcoming.
Pros:

The location was great! I love the options for breakfast as well what I could by if I needed anything. Most places don’t offer a variety of late night food.

Cons:

No real complaints honestly the couch was a little hard but other than that it was good.

The breakfast was very good, and well attended by the staff

Cons:

The first impression of the furniture in the reservation area, torn and faded as well as some chairs in the breakfast area.
Did not reflect the room, it was very nice and well stocked
