It was filthy and not well kept. Needs a lot of work to update. Drawers wouldn’t stay shut, doors wouldn’t shut’ etc.

The furniture in the lobby needs to be changed. Several people in our group commented on the stains. (Almost looked like blood stains)
The elevator had a bad smell.

Strange odor in the elevator

The bathroom door didn’t lock or have an option to lock, but we managed to figure out the bathing situation between the boys and girls.

No real complaints honestly the couch was a little hard but other than that it was good.

The elevators smelled so bad- literally had to hold breath.

The sitting area in the lobby definitely need to be replaced. They are wore through and have some type of black staging all over them.

WiFi was sketchy. Kept going in and out and buffering.

The first impression of the furniture in the reservation area, torn and faded as well as some chairs in the breakfast area.
Did not reflect the room, it was very nice and well stocked

The elevators stunk so bad the entirety of our stay

There was mold in the rooms, the air conditioner didn't work properly, the room was dirty feeling, the lobby needs an update the furniture was falling apart

We did notice the property is beginning to show some expected wear compared to when it first opened. Most of what we observed appeared to be maintenance items rather than housekeeping concerns and could likely be addressed during routine quarterly property inspections.

A few examples included dust on top of the refrigerator and the wall above it, a worn decorative pillow on the couch, a light fixture under the desk that was coming apart, carpet at the bathroom threshold that was frayed and lifting, and a bathroom ceiling showing early signs of moisture that could become a larger issue if not addressed. The bathroom exhaust fan also didn't seem to be functioning well and likely needs cleaning or servicing. We also noticed a few strands of hair remaining on the shower wall.

One minor incident occurred when housekeeping entered our room after we had already checked in about 20 minutes early. The housekeeper was surprised to see us, immediately apologized, and left. We assumed she may have been returning to complete a final room check. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. We simply wanted to share a few observations that we hope help management maintain the quality we've come to expect from this property.

Everything went well

The lobby furniture was either dirty or had spots worn out it was black. There was a terrible smell in and around the elevators that persisted through our stay. In our room, the readily available outlets were loose and nothing stayed plugged in. On one of the nightstands, the top drawer wouldn't stay closed. There isn't enough room to walk between the sofa bed and the bed, you have to shuffle sideways. It would be dangerous to try and exit quickly in an emergency if you were using both beds in the "suite".
