Hotelli sijaitsee erittäin huonolla paikalla! Yleissiisteys oli kohtalainen mutta lavuaarin siisteys on todella heikko! Lavuaari ei vetänyt ja wcn pytty haisi kuvottavalle!
Uima-altaan siisteys oli erittäin huono!!! Vesi oli ajoittain sameata ja kertaakaan en nähnyt että allasta olisi siivottu kunnolla!
妻と二人で3泊しました。食事メニューはよかったです。小型犬を連れて行ったのですがペット用の環境も今まで行ったホテルでは一番配慮されていました。
家族向が多く、プールの水が汚いのでが気になりました。掃除はしているのですが、水の循環ろ過装置がなかったせいでしょうか。プールサイドの部屋でしたが、プライベートが全くなく、夜はカーテンを閉めっぱなしでないと外から丸見えです。
全体的に施設、建物も古く次はありません。

The surrounds as in area outside the resort filth, dirty and rubbish on roadsides. No nice walking tracks close by.
A lot if hiccups with reception, booking, room confusions, we have booked for a wedding with almost 8 rooms total, we have sent a message requesting to all be at the same floor at least, no response, we have also requested high floor, no response and not honored on the day of check in. Me and my partner’s family were on separate buildings. But housekeeping is so good, our rooms are always refreshed everytime we come back.
Nesten ingen solstoler ved bassenget. Dette er et hotell for barnefamilier, passer ikke like godt for par. Langt å gå til restauranter og stranden, selv om det ser nærme ut på kartet. Man må gå lang omvei til stranden fordi det ikke er direkte passasje, men det går en shuttle buss en gang i timen til stranden som var veldig bra. Det var ingen ekstra dopapir, ikke håndklær til hendene. De vasket rommet veldig sent, ofte kl. 15-17:00 da vi lå og slappet av på rommet. Ikke bestill pizza i restauranten, den var forferdelig. De ansatte var hyggelige og ga god service, men hotellet trenger en oppgradering

อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ที่นอนนุ่มสบายมาก แต่ เมื่อผมเข้ามา Check in ก่อน 15.00 น พนักงานต้อนรับอย่างดี แต่ไม่บอกว่า สามารถไปนั่งรอได้ที่ไหน หรือนั่งทาน welcome drink รอห้องทำความสะอาดหรือจัดห้องให้เรียบร้อย โดยจะติดต่อกลับเมื่อห้องพักพร้อม ของภายในห้องพักได้ไม่ครบ เตียงเสริม เสียงดังมากเวลาขยับตัว ไม่มีเก้าอี้นั่งภายในห้องพัก อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำเก่าไปนิด ฝักบัวไม่แข็งแรงตกใส่ศรีษะอีก
We stayed during New Year, and our experience was quite average. First, the air-conditioning in my kids' room was impossible to adjust, which we had to deal with since I wanted the kids to stay in the connecting room with us. Secondly, although we stayed for 4 days, we only requested room cleaning on the 3rd day. I went to the reception to ask directly, but had to wait nearly 20 minutes due to the chaos and lack of organization at the front desk. There was no queue, and customers kept skipping ahead of each other, with the staff not addressing it. They served whoever they saw first when looking up. Despite this, no one came to clean our room for the rest of the day.
The third issue, which was the most ridiculous, was when my child got injured at the pool and had a bleeding hand. We asked the reception for first aid assistance, but all they provided was a first aid box and asked me to handle it myself, with barely anything inside. No one checked in on us or even asked if we needed further help. After I managed to tend to the injury, they simply asked me to leave the box there and walked away.
This may not be the worst experience for some, but given the cost of the room each night compared to the service we received, I would recommend staying elsewhere. The only redeeming quality of this hotel seems to be that it's pet-friendly, but that's about it.

Staff were nice and friendly. Property was okay.
This hotel is pretty big and the lobby as well as the dining area is huge and nice. There is a pool area as well as kid area.
The only thing is the rooms are a bit outdated. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t bother us much.
The only drawback is that even though it’s close to Jomtien beach, getting there is a bit challenging unless you take a taxi, your own car, or use the feee shuttle. It is situated behind a few other structures so you cannot just walk across.
The breakfast here is very extensive and well worth the prepay. It is very delicious as well.
Reason why I rated 3 stars is that rooms are outdated and location is not the greatest.

The room size was nice. But the furniture in the room was old and not very clean. The bathroom was nice too.
Got sick while staying at property, initially staff unhelpful but may have been a misunderstanding due to language barriers. Eventually all ended well.
Poor english language skills at front desk and reception. Pettiness of staff by removing TV remote from fitness centre so channel displaying hotel promotions could not be changed.
This was my third Centara hotel stay. I would not recommend it. Seating in upholstered chairs and benches in the breakfast buffet area were stained and filthy. The pool was under repair and closed with no advance notice prior to booking that I saw. The shower door did boot close properly and flooded the bathroom. The curtains in the bedroom did not close properly and let light in. The maid that serviced our room was excellent.
สระว่ายน้ำปิด โรงแรมจัดสระว่ายน้ำที่อื่นทดแทน แต่เสียดายที่สระเล็กมาก และแขกเข้าใช้เยอะมากๆๆๆ การประสานงานค่อนข้างล่าช้า ลืมของในห้องบอกให้มารอเดี๋ยวมีคนมาเปิดให้ รอไป เกือบ 10 นาที มีแม่บ้านเดินมาบอกให้ช่วยเปิดให้ที คุณแม่บ้านบอกให้ติดต่อข้างล่าง สุดท้ายต้องเดินลงมาตามที่ลอบบี้ อีกรอบ ตอนเช้าแจ้งพนักงานในห้องอาหารให้ช่วยถูพื้นให้ทีเพราะน้ำหก พนักงานตอบกลับมาเดี๋ยวแม่บ้านมาจัดการ และยืนเฉยๆ ไม่ทำอะไร สุดท้ายต้องเอาทิชชู่เช็ดเอาเอง
