정말 개선이 필요합니다
Pros:

아이들과 함께 묵었는데 정말 찝찝하고 실망스러웠습니다. 바닥엔 먼지가 눈에 보일 정도로 굴러다니고, 가구 구석구석에도 먼지가 쌓여 있어서 전혀 관리가 되고 있지 않다는 인상을 받았어요. 아이들이 바닥에 앉거나 물건을 만질 때마다 걱정이 앞섰습니다.
가격도 저렴한 곳이 아닌데 이런 위생 상태는 정말 이해할 수 없네요.

깨끗 따듯 편함~

저녁에 예약후 확인및 룸 업글해주셔서 좋았어요
깨끗하고 침대는 편안했습니다
근데 금연호텔인데 흡연하는사람도 있고 좀 시끄러웠어요
세면대 욕조 배수가 좀 잘안되서 좀 불편해요

19시 체크인 했는데 담배 냄새랑 묵묵함(?), 습함이 있었어요. 방 입장에서부터 좀 그래서 좋은 점수가 안돼네요. 좀 더주고 라마다 갈걸 그랬나 생각됩니다.

조식포함 가격인데. 코로나로 조식대신 맥모닝을 주었습니다. 상당한 가격차이가 납니다. 일정 부분은 보상은 해 주어야 합니다. 그리고 막힌 변기 화장실때문에 많이 불편했습니다.

유흥지에 위치한 곳인데도 조용하고 안락했어요. 침실도 좋고 침구류도 깔끔하고 만족합니다. 다음에도 광주에가면 또 묵을 계획이예요.

두번째 만난 분의 이중언어 사용으로 기분 나빴어요.
Pros:

프론트에 있는 사람에 따라 서비스가 다르네요.
처음에 만났던 분은 만족스러웠는데 두번째 만난 분은 별로 였어요. 숙박하는 사람의 편의보다 자신들의 편의가 더 중요한 듯한 말투, 그리고 여기서 안내 된 시간과 다르게 퇴실 시간 안내해주고, 어차피 출근해야되서 아침일찍 나갔어요. 이중언어를 사용하고 지키고 있는데도 의심하면서 다시 안내하는 그런 서비스는.......후기 좋길래 기대했는데 두번째 분 만나서 모든 좋은 인상이 사라졌네요.
