기대했던 것보다 깔끔하고 한 명이 출장으로 가서 하룻밤 지내기에 적합한 장소였습니다. 아침에는 토스트 달걀 우유 콘프레이크 등을 제공해 줍니다. 주변이 상무지구 유흥업소가 밀집한 지역이라는 사실은 참고하세요.

2016年11月に2泊した。家族経営の様なホテル（モーテル）。フロントは親切であるが、日本語・英語はほとんど通じない。設備もほどほど、悪くはない。地下鉄尚武駅から7〜8分程度。4〜5分の距離にバス停があり、便も多く専らバスを利用した。周辺には、食堂、コンビニも多く、困らない。朝食は、パン、玉子、ヨーグルト、コーヒー程度の簡単なもの。

불편함점 제기시 잘 들어주십니다.
단점은 담배냄세가 좀 나는 편이니 민감하신분들은 감안하셔야 할것 같습니다.

Pros:

호텔이 아니라 모텔입니다. 주인 아주머니에게 호텔스닷컴에서 예약하고 왔다니까 거기 막아놨는데 사람 왜 자꾸보냐면서 짜증내시고 방없다고 환불해줄테니 다른데 갈려면 가라하고. 일끝나고 밤9시에 도착한 사람한테 할소리 인가요? 20분정도 실랑이 벌이다가 다른분들이 안오신다고 예약한 방 말고 다른방으로 주시고 마지막에 미안하다고 한마디 해주시고
아침에 미안하셨는지 우유와 물을 챙겨주셨네요.

장기 숙박도 괜찮음
Pros:

사실 시설은 호텔이 아니라 모텔 입니다. 그러나 주인분들이 친절하고 이불등 불편한게 있으면 바로바로 조치해 주시고 청결상태도 좋습니다. 욕조는 없지만 화장실도 잘 되어 있구요. 좋습니다.

部屋はきれいに清掃されている。
ただ、予約の管理がしっかり出来ていないようで、チェックイン時に適当に部屋を割り当てているようだった。
予約内容（英語）を見せても理解できていなかったので、韓国語が話せない人が利用するのは難しいと思う。
ホテルとういうよりは、モーテル。

Nice room - poor staff
Pros:

The room was large with several amenities including hair dryer, several lotions, a computer, large screen TV. The beds were quite hard. The shower was great but no shower curtain for the bathtub so water went down the central drain in the floor which became quite wet. There was no view except of the building four feet away. Note the controls for the A/C are on the
TV remote. The free breakfast consists of hard boiled eggs, toast, jam, and coffee.

The worst part of the stay was the woman at the front desk. I had mistakenly booked the room for one night but needed it for three so I made a second booking so I had two confirmation numbers (perhaps Hotels.com had not sent the second booking yet). This was a problem and particularly with my inability to speak Korean and hers to speak English. Also, I had booked on the website a room with two beds but she would only give us a room with one bed - this led to quite a discussion as she took us to a room with one bed. I insisted to have two beds so she walked away, came back with a key for the next room down the hall which had two beds, and walked away. This person should not be in the hospitality business

호텔이라고 하긴 좀 그렇고
그냥 모텔수준이엿음.
친절하셧고 아침에 조식이 잇다는 것도 장점인듯.
주변에 적당한 식당이나 술집이 잇어서
늦게까지 놀기에 좋음.
