Le pire séjour de tous les temps
Cons:

Le plafond fuyait au-dessus de ma tête lorsqu’il pleuvait. Il y avait également des infiltrations d’eau dans le couloir du 12ᵉ étage.
Un seul ascenseur en opération et le deuxième en panne depuis 2 jours.

Le petit-déjeuner manquait de variété. De plus, l’hôtel accueille n’importe qui, ce qui pose un problème de sécurité. J’ai d’ailleurs été victime de harcèlement de la part d’un individu grossier originaire du Kenya, qui voyageait avec un groupe.

J’ai signalé cet incident à l’agent de sécurité, mais aucune mesure n’a été prise.

Pros:

La chambre est propre, le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est propre, le Clim fonctionne bien, la piscine est sympa.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas petit déjeuner mais plutôt un repas de clebard. Ensuite la salle de sport n’était pas top car j’avais l’impression d’être dans mon salon. Concernant la caution le personnel m’a dit qu’il allait rendre ma caution qu’on absolument pas saccager la chambre d’hôtel donc je considère que c’est un vol et nous mettrons plus jamais les pieds dans ce patelins.

Worst hotel in KL

Apart from location, nothing else was good at WP

Cons:

The rooms were never cleaned well. The internet was on and off. I remember one morning I wnet to reception and asked why the internet was not stable and the person at the reception told me its not their problem, the hotel was full, every one was using internet and so that's what it could handle ( in this afe and error). The corridors on the 11th floor where I stayed was licking with water, alot of water and no one care to come and stop or clean the mess, we literally had to tip toe in and out of our rooms. The breakfast was als9 not good. The juice was horrible.The towels were dirty. Instead of being white, they were cream turning to brown.
