The location not so good but Room cleanliness was amazing. Receptionist in afternoon to evening shift need to train well,need more training. Morning staff was good .All amenities in rooms was working and room condition was good, spaciuos room and for affordable price. Breakfast also good. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Frukost enkel. Finns pool och träningsmöjligheter.
Finns några restauranger i närområdet som hade koreansk stil, riktigt rolig underhållning den fredag kväll vi var där.

I am writing this review during my stay here, the room was large clean and friendly staff.. The gym is clean and function. Staff couldnt be any more helpful. Additional outdoor pool is a great help for sunbathing.

Modern clean and very friendly staff. Couldn’t fault it. It was just the location. Phuket town was a taxi ride away and nothing much around it. When in Phuket town the town is pretty much dead except for shopping centres.

We stayed only 1 night at the Recenta the rooms are spacious and very clean the beds are comfortable the pool and gym are also very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful we had a problem with our transfer transport which they helped sort out for us. The breakfast wasn't great and the location is remote but they are the only negatives I can think of

Spent 4 days here. A decent clean property. Got a great rate. Good if your just looking to chill and have booked pick up tours to and from here while staying.

The hotel itself is far from anything. So be prepared to pay for a taxi or rent a moto. They advertise a free shuttle service which is no longer active. Free bicycles for hire are in horrible condition because no body uses them. We had a situation where guests in another room kept making allot of noise. The night staff have extremely poor English, but the day staff manager dealt with the situation well and moved us into another floor. So that's a plus.

Decent pool. Breakfast needs some work. As does the lady who(I think) is second in charge at the desk, you need to change your attitude.

My suggestions for this hotel.
Bring back your free shuttle service, perhaps make it paid. (50 baht pp) to help alleviate the cost and operate 2-3 times a day only. You'll pull in more people this way. Perhaps to Central festival then to Phuket town. Then back.

Improve your breakfast for westerners.

Good luck I would stay again. Only if I had pre booked tours as there isn't much else to do other than chill.

First time in Phuket for holiday, decided to stay at recenta due to its reviews and ratings, has to be the worst hotels we have ever stayed at

Staff unhelpful, communication horrible, stung us with a dirty towel accusation and charged us for the cost of it, said that the towel cannot be cleaned and reused, I purchased it and washed it at home in England, it is clean as brand new, why give us a hap hazzard story and charge us for their own hiccup

Please avoid this hotel at all costs

Myself, my partner and brother traveled Thailand for 3 weeks. Whilst in Phuket we stayed here, which was a good choice - we booked everything beforehand. This hotel is the perfect base for exploring, we used it just to stay in and the odd swim in the evenings. From here we were able to get a taxi within minutes from reception to Phuket Town and Patong - must see! Hotel reception didnt speak much English, however this hotel is hidden slightly and what else do you expect. Just round the corner there is a local restaurant which we ate in a few times, average food and good priced. Would recommend to travellers who just need a base!

i stayed 3 nights in this hotel from 15th to 18th, during the first 2 days, i went for scuba diving from 7 AM to 7PM, and didn' realize what's happening, too tired to find out but, last day i had to fly back at 4 PM, woke up at 9 AM and started to scratch my skin... It was due to fleas, also employees have very poor english and it's far from everything, even diving center charged me 1000 THB per day because they had to send special driver to pick me up and drop me at the end of the day

My first stay was during 9-11November2017. The room was very clean and well prepared. I really enjoy my stay and will definitely be back around New Year. Breakfast was very good i love the soup and the boil rice.

My fiancé and I found the Recenta a very comfortable experience. From the very first welcoming greeting from Non, (front desk manager) to the helping friendly breakfast staff, we felt very cared for. Modern design studios and rooms with very comfortable beds highlight a high standard that is so appreciated when a good solid rest is needed.

We stayed here for 7 nights, in room 1712 checked out 20/01. The rooms are impressive with all the facilities that you may need from a city hotel. Everything was working very good and had nothing to really negative to say about.

On our last day Aunsorn helped us with our booked transfer to PP which I really appreciated.

There are a lot of simple things to be done for improvement to this hotel and I consider its location strategic as it is near the city and near the main road. Hotel offers transfer to the mall and to the city center there is a minimarket 5-10 minutes by feet.

Very good and spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Breakfast is complementary and tasty. Thai and euroean both available. The staff is great and very kind.The swimming pool is big enough and clean. There is this orientala spa near the hotel, it's too overpriced. Instead go out to the town that is about 20mins drive away from the hotel. 👌

The Recenta provided an enjoyable stay. It's a very, very clean, small hotel with 4 star facilities and spacious rooms. The staff were the best at any hotel I've stayed at in Phuket; I felt welcomed, comfortable and was taken care of exceptionally! The hotel is a 10 min drive from Phuket Town and considering it is a bit isolated it's 650 baht to get to Phuket Town. Taxi the other way is much cheaper. If you don't mind paying or get around on a scooter then I'd recommend this place. Breakfast is ok, it has noodles, steam rice and curries, corn flakes, toast, watermelon, tea and coffee, plus a few other hot dishes - enough to do the job.

The room is spacious and beautiful decorated with more than enough facilities, big bathroom, comfy bed. Very good value and services. Swimming pool is nice and clean. Try massage in the Spa next to the hotel. Wonderful experience.

We like to stay here because it was in the middle of Phuket town. The place is quite new. Our room is big and cozy. I like that This place has a swimming pool because I love to swim when I get a chance.

However, the Breakfast wasn't that great because they were so many tours staying in the hotel as well. Not many selection.

Room is good small swimming pool breakfast not bad reception guy was very careless because when I return my key card he didn't refund my deposit money, when ever I asked he said wait, I didn't not long wait then he didn't say anything really very bad Satff I never ever seen in my life other hotel, Thai people normally very good for hospitality but don't understand why that guy was so careless. 26 July was there with my family also they don't have baby cribs as well.
