The location of hotel nearby Bandaraya melaka

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There was no dressing table mirror in one of the rooms, only one room had a mirror while the other didn’t. My room also didn’t have hot shower water, whereas the other room did. I informed the person in charge, and they asked me to change rooms, but I had booked a Super Deluxe room and they offered me a single bed room instead. I booked two rooms, and overall, the lighting in both rooms was very dim.

Kindly look into these issues to improve the comfort and quality of stay for future guests.

Pros:

The room is separated from the business area, leading to a quiet stay over the night.

Cons:

There's no chair in the room, inconvenient for me as a salesperson, needed to work at night replying emails etc.
