Pros:

1- price is reasonable
2- out from centre, no traffic, have shops nearby

Cons:

1- my room 303 has somebody inside, the couple should stay at 308 but somehow got it wrong but they can enter 303 because door lock is not working, staff then change me to 403, got seperated from other fmly member
2- no breakfast served
3- provides kettle but no coffee / tea provided
4- got ants in the room

Last minutes booking luckily 2 rooms were available.
Convenience as nearby some rows of shops.

Cons:

The room flooring chip off a few pieces for room 509.
Toilet basin and mirror not clean and rusty.
The room floor not quite clean.
Sometimes can smell smoking in the room even though is at nonsmoking floor.
