Nobody at office all day. About 40 degree in the office . Pipe from the toilet leaking for long long time and water going in the shower . Your feet are in it .
Rest of room old and used . No maintenance here . Cleaning staff not friendly either. Go to the next street at Sonwa resort .same price but a world of difference .

The owner and staff at Chill House go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Will stay here again next time.

Hotel très bien situé, proche commerces et restaurants et à 10 mn â pieds de la plage. A 5 mn de l'aeroport ( le taxi à l'entrée du parking nous a proposé la course à 150 bath pour 3 personnes)
L hotel est tres propre et décoré avec goût. C est très joli. Nous avons été tres bien.accueillis. Nous etions au 3e etage, belle vue et tres calme.

Jag hade en trevlig vistelse på Chill house. Fräscha rum och härlig personal.
Väldigt god frukost har dom också.
Det som är negativt är såfall att personalen inte var jätteduktiga på engelska men överlag en mycket trevlig vistelse. Kort promenad från stranden.

The interior is bright and the rooms mostly clean. I had a little problem with some tiny ants crawling out from the back of the wooden frame of the bed one night but they disappeared after a few hours. I thought the front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Chill House is a bit hidden from the main street and out of way which makes this hotel a very calm place to stay, but also difficult for others to find. We loved our short stay here - it was very cute, clean and friendly. We arrived late on the day of check-in without problems and were able to leave our luggage after check-out and could enjoy the afternoon at the nearby beach (which actually is quite nice btw)! Convenient and close to the airport.

Staff at Chill house is very friendly and happy to help with anything. Rooms need some TLC and upgrading but generally not bad for what you pay. Close to beach, bars and restaurants. The only major thing the hotel lacks is a swimming pool.

The property is affordable and just a short walk to the gorgeous beach which is exactly what I was looking for. The room was beautifully decorated (as shown in the website’s photographs) and the bed was nice and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and vendors around the property. The only slight drawback was that it could get a bit noisy at times, but overall a good experience.

Отелем пользуюсь уже четвертый раз. Хорошее обслуживание, чисто, не шумно. Удобное расположение. Есть трансфер в/из аэропорт.

入口不在路邊，晚上12 時還有人負責Check in!整體可以，潔淨程度可以接受，只是分體冷氣機在露台比較嘈

シミランクルーズ帰りに、翌朝の早朝便に備えて泊まりました。
小さなリゾート地でしたがそれがちょいどよく、お部屋も広くはないものの一人には十分でした。

5 min walk to the beach, cute and fun nautical theme, bed was large and comfy, room had a balcony, 2 waters every morning, shampoo and body wash, q-tips and other bathroom essentials, overall I loved it! Negative-There were lots of ants in my room, specifically on my toilet which I noticed too late after a long day of travel. The woman at the front desk got it cleaned but not very politely and pretty dismissive. the male night clerk was much more friendly and accommodating. Taxi stand at the end of the walkway up was a little sketch but never too invasive as the normal Thai way. Would recommend as a female solo traveler!
