We always enjoy our stay here!
Pros:

Jacuzzi bathtub was nice! I like having kitchen access and of course the free hot breakfast is nice.

Historical Landmark Stay
Pros:

Locally convenient to what and where we wanted to do in the area. We visit the parks, restaurants, old homes and business. The whole area is a historical landmark if you’re into that sort of thing. Read about the area sometime. Pilots Knob Hill in the background and historical Knob Creek runs behind the Shepherd Mountain Inn. The creek played a big roll in the Battle of Pilot Knob. The Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site preserves the battlefield of Fort Davidson, a key Civil War engagement in September 1864.

Close to Nation Parks and touristy stuff.
Pros:

Convenient to what we like to do when we are in the area.

Cons:

Room 53 needs a little maintenance, a few lights were out. Spider webs and dead bugs behind the curtains and in the corners of the bedroom. Light under microwave for cooking is out and has been out since last year.

Family owned, family operated. Great Barbecue Restaurant within walking distance.
Pros:

Clean, easy parking, breakfast, although we had a full suite with a full kitchen. Great location!!

Breakfast was great. Service was great. I am not a fan of ythe single cup coffee makers in the room. Personally, I prefer the regular coffee makers. We travel bringing our own coffee . But we still loved the stay and ares

Good place to stay, very clean and welcoming.
Pros:

The motel was very clean. The employees were friendly.

Cons:

The bath soap was not enough for two people. However, the lady who cleaned was gracious and gave us a little more. Employees were friendly. Room was quiet.

Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was really good. Real eggs!! Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Ground level, no stairs or elevator.

Cons:

Room had a musty smell but not overwhelming. Facilities were dated but functional.
