Cons:

Internet nutzen wir über Handy, da zumindest in unserem Zimmer die Verbindung oft abbrach.

Pros:

Lækker morgenbuffet, stort badeland, terrasse til værelserne og pæne store badeværelser. Meget fint det hele.

Wunderschönes Hotel, super Frühstück, tolles Angebot an Fitness und Wellness, Abzug für Sauberkeit
Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Bademantelgang in die Therme, deren Eintritt im Preis inbegriffen war. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Die Einrichtung des Hotels und der Zimmer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider muss ich die Sauberkeit in meinem Zimmer sehr bemängeln. Der Teppich war voll Flecken und auch im Bad konnte ich diverse Staubfäden sehen. Ich habe 2 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und mich direkt am ersten Morgen an die Rezeption gewandt. Dort stand nur ein junger Mann, der mit meiner Beschwerde völlig überfordert war und (noch) nicht soweit ausgebildet war, dass er adäquat darauf reagieren konnte. Am Abend hatte sich an der Sauberkeit nichts geändert. Am nächsten Morgen bin ich abgereist und als ich an der Rezeption meine Übernachtungen bezahlt habe, habe ich mich erneut beschwert. Auch die junge Frau, die an diesem Morgen Dienst hatte, war komplett überfordert und hat gar nicht reagiert. Das hat bei mir leider keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Gerade an der Rezeption sollte man keine Berufsanfänger einsetzen.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Beste Lage für schöne Unternehmungen und Wanderungen.
