The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. The internet service was not good. The breakfast service was limited and only ok. The pool looked dirty and there were construction workers all the time. The hotel is a nice hotel but the lack of attention to details and lack of quality make the experience only average.
It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world.
Good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel shows its age but is in good condition, very clean rooms and has a nice pool and duck pond. I would definitely recommend it as it is good value for money.
I had a great stay at Hotel Diuwak! The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool—clean, spacious, and surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I’d definitely come back!

Lovely location, room was comfortable, but stand out was the friendly staff at breakfast. We didn't catch his name, but he was an excellent, told us about all the birds and showed us video of them and a sloth on his phone. Pool was nice too.
The windows don't lock and can be opened from the outside. Someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night multiple times. No staff is available during night time hours.
Convenient walk to beach. Enough parking, though might be crowded if everyone had a car. Room was big enough and fridge worked well.
Expected only continental breakfast from listing, but had pineapple, watermelon, then omelet one day, and the others rice/beans, scrambled eggs, plantains.
Did not make it for dinner. Brewery next door was good.
Pool was clean and refreshing. Not many chairs around it though.

We stayed for the first time, and were very pleasantly surprised by the grounds and the pool area. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We especially connected with Ronald, his family and the staff who run the restaurant, they really took care of us. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be staying again.
The hotel location is very convenient, the staff is very kind, the green areas and pool is well maintained. Breakfast was good. However my only big complaint will be the mattress. I have never slept in a harder mattress than the one in here. It was like sleeping in the floor and the two nights my bf and I slept here were pretty rough.

We were stranded due to weather condition and landslide, it was impossible to reach the area. We tried two routes and drove 13hrs but still we couldn’t make it to the hotel. I would like them to refund me just like the other hotels in the area affected by the flooding and road closure.
Easy check in, plenty of parking, pool was great, close to the beach, conveniently priced for great service and rooms are in good shape considering the price, the AC system is on point
