Pool closed too early at 7pm with no lights. Sauna and poolside restaurant closed and massages too expensive

Location is very good

Cons:

Staff is just not well trained , they really need to work on their ethical behaviour, not co operative at all, even though I have a king room booking with king bed and front desk was like nah you have double bed booking , I requested if he can change to king , and the answer was sorry we fully booked , when I showed him my booking he was like oh yes I have it now , I have experience last year as well where staff was so rude , but I thought probably he is the only one , train your staff how to be polite and generous to keep your customers coming back to you
