Our recent stay at the Atana Hotel was unfortunately disappointing due to several operational issues.
The check-in process was excessively delayed, causing significant inconvenience after our arrival. Despite traveling with children, there was little consideration for families waiting for long periods without proper assistance or refreshments.
The meal arrangements also reflected poor planning. The buffet was overcrowded, food replenishment was slow, and the overall dining experience was disorganized. Additionally, the exact same menu was served for all three buffet meals, offering no variety and falling well below expectations.
Overall, the lack of planning, inefficient check-in management, and repetitive food menu affected our stay considerably. We hope the hotel management reviews these concerns and improves its guest services, especially during busy periods, to provide a better experience for future guests.
