Pros:

Cleaners keep it clean, staff was friendly

Cons:

Wifi wasn’t working and I needed to work. No compensation offered. Maybe not having to pay for parking to compensate for no wifi would have been appreciated.
Couch and carpets need either a deep clean or replacing. So many stains. I didn’t really want to sit on the couch.

Overall my stay was great and the staff very nice, just some small details that could be improved.
Pros:

the facilities was good and relatively clean and close to everything

Cons:

the wifi password didn't work and the lounge was soiled and smelly and the bathroom had mold on the grout and tiles.

Very average and no real welcome
Pros:

Good location in centre of town

Cons:

The requirement for a bond when there was no up to date inventory or record of damages in the apartment Additional charge for parking was outrageous but why not include it in the rental cost up front

Pros:

The property was nice the bed was very comfortable with blackout blinds on windows, balcony overlooking river was love,y.

Cons:

Dryer out of order did not notice until I had done some washing, also oven outof order this was not a problem as we did not need to use. And tv controls not working but found other controls in bedroom which we were able to use. I feel the apartment should not be available when anything outof order

Good location, very poor wifi
Pros:

Convenient location spacious and comfortable. Good value for money on this trip.

Cons:

Poor wifi, cut out multiple times while streaming on the tv. Had to hotspot off my phone to my laptop as the wifi wouldn’t work properly, phone also continuously dropped off the wifi. Onsite parking charges were disappointing and seemed to be new as I did not pay on the last stay.

Great location and spacious unit
Pros:

The location was ideal for our visit, and the unit itself was very spacious for our needs - still surprised about the size of the wrap around balcony!

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved (another guest cereal still in kitchen) and the tv was often not working (internet maybe, but also free to air wouldn’t work)

Great stay, friendly helpful staff, easy walk to the river and restaurants.
Pros:

The location was very good. It was close to the city and where we had to be. Close to the river with easy paths to walk along and enjoy.

Cons:

The television brightness was so low you couldn’t see the picture. It was the weekend so we were told we had to wait for Monday to have someone look at it.

It was very dusty. Needed a proper clean. There was no body wash in the container, we had to use the bar of soap provided for hand washing. Was rather disappointed.

Nothing - over priced and in unclean and poor condition.
