Great location and spacious unit
Pros:

The location was ideal for our visit, and the unit itself was very spacious for our needs - still surprised about the size of the wrap around balcony!

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved (another guest cereal still in kitchen) and the tv was often not working (internet maybe, but also free to air wouldn’t work)

Great stay, friendly helpful staff, easy walk to the river and restaurants.
Pros:

The location was very good. It was close to the city and where we had to be. Close to the river with easy paths to walk along and enjoy.

Cons:

The television brightness was so low you couldn’t see the picture. It was the weekend so we were told we had to wait for Monday to have someone look at it.

It was very dusty. Needed a proper clean. There was no body wash in the container, we had to use the bar of soap provided for hand washing. Was rather disappointed.

Charged a fee after checkout because a a small bag of rubbish was left on bench due to haste of checkout - well before checkout cleaning staff entered room without knocking

Not 4 star accomodation
Pros:

Room size, kitchen facility in room and view.

Cons:

Terrible value for money. No housekeeping unless staying for 8 days or more (only is done on the 7th day of stay), so no fresh towels, linen or cleaning service was provided during my stay. Stained carpet and couch, furniture in general in poor condition. Had to buy a cheap table cloth to cover the table on the patio as its condition ruined the view.
A routine inspection was completed by a real estate agent soon after I checked in, with NO notice provided by property staff which is unlawful. Real Estate Agent was the one who suggested I asked for another room due to its poor state.
They will only give you 1 room key.
I had to seek management approval to park mine and my partners vehicle at the property even though the car parks were never full (was told they only usually allow one). Due to the location of this property, you do not want to park any vehicles on the street over night, being a local to the area I am aware of this.
Internet connection on 10th floor was poor, movies or YouTube do not load.
