Pros:

The location was great! Near Louisville Slugger museum, Mohamed Ali museum & Kentucky Derby museum. Room was very clean & comfortable.

Cons:

Our room faced the stairwell to another building. Staff could have been more upbeat & happy when greeting you, discussing the area, and when asked about lunch & din ner suggestions.

Pros:

Nice staff, but no one would answer the phone for the two days ahead of our stay, so I could request an ADA room for my mom. Besides that, room and staff while there was great. Breakfast was GREAT!. Everything was very clean. Very much enjoyed stay, oh and parking was goid considering its downtown location.

Not enough working plugs
Pros:

The location is great and it’s overall a safe, clean hotel.

Cons:

None of the plugs worked! We weren’t able to charge any of our devices. There were at least 5 outlets we tried that didn’t work. Thought it was probably just our room, but we were with a bigger group that said their phones didn’t charge.

It was ok for my quick stay but I won’t be back.

Close to the Jewish hospital. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk was rude and almost nasty to me when I found out I booked the wrong room online by mistake. She told me I should be grateful that they had the correct room I could switch to. I was already apologizing and when I said I didn’t realize I did that she said she wasn’t trying to argue. When I asked how much I paid, she said what do you mean and I thought she was going to snap. Then she lied about the price when I checked my bank account it was more than I was told. The room was hot even on 68 degrees and there were hairs in the shower and sink.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our original room was spacious and comfortable. We were pleased with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a significant issue with the toilet in our room. After it was used, the tank would not refill properly, so the toilet could not be used again. We reported the problem to the hotel, but there was no maintenance staff available to repair it, so we had to change rooms.

Because the hotel had limited availability, the replacement room was smaller and did not have the sofa bed that our original room had. In effect, we were moved to a lower room type because of a maintenance problem that was not our fault.

We appreciated that the staff tried to find us another room, but it was disappointing to have our room downgraded because of an issue with the hotel's facilities. I hope the hotel can improve its maintenance support and offer a more appropriate solution when situations like this occur.
