Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

We had to pay for parking at a garage next door. The hotel is not in a nice part of town, so we had to drive everywhere. There were homeless people sleeping in the lot outside of our window.

Front desk sucks
Pros:

This is the half way point to Pittsburgh so we have stayed here before. Front desk lady was awful.

Cons:

The lady that check us in was not welcoming and was not helpful with booking a room or parking.

Pros:

Rooms were big and comfortable. They had a good variety for breakfast. It was good.

Cons:

The price for parking was $22. Our bathroom needed maintenance. The commode we had to keep messing with in the back for it to flush we reported to staff and they tried to fix it. No success. Our shower head bracket was tied up. We expected a pool and hot tub there was none. With the price of our stay was expensive for what we got.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was a little expensive

Cons:

I booked a room with two queen beds but what I received was a room with one king bed. It worked out but would of been nice to have been told there were no rooms with queen beds. When we called the front desk all the lady said was that they overbooked rooms with two queen beds. No sorry or apology pretty much well that's the way it is. The only other thing is it would be nice if the hotel could work something out with the parking garage. Maybe not free if you're staying in the hotel but maybe a reduced rate. All in all everything was fine, I realize it's not marketed as a five star hotel so it was fine.

Pros:

Las habitaciones y las camas muy comodas. Tuvimos excelente vista de los fuegos artificiales. Desayuno bastante bueno.

Cons:

La señora de recepción cuando hice el check out, muy poco amable y empatica. Le pedi el recibo de la habitación y me dijo que ella no lo podia entregar, lo que me parecio raro porque en todos los hoteles que hemos estado lo han entregado sin problema. No hizo ningún esfuerzo por entenderme ya que no hablo muy bien el ingles

Breakfast was adequate. I like to poor my own amount of coffee. Machine took too long. Our shower drain was slow. The power source for usb didn’t work
