Overall my stay was good. I would stay again.
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast. Parking in close proximity.

Location was good, beds comfy, was very clean

Cons:

No pool ( my mistake on booking) having to pay $22 to park. The luggage cart was not a size or style that functioned or a family.

Ok stay yet disappointed with lack of king bed when promised.

After booking room through Booking.com I learned at the hotel I was not to have a king bed but two double beds. Given I was to stay an extra night I asked the gentleman at the desk, first why I didn’t have the king bed as promised. Answer there was a miscommunication between Booking app and Holiday Inn. Secondly I requested a king bed for my second night, which the gentleman confirmed was available; he also mentioned a note would be placed on my reservation for a king bed. The next day I visited the desk to move to a king bed room. By the woman at the desk I was told there was not a king bed room available and no note on my reservation. I told her I was assured of a king bed the day before by the gentleman at the desk. I had wanted to stay a third day however, with no king bed available on third day we chose to move to another hotel in Louisville.
