Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our original room was spacious and comfortable. We were pleased with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a significant issue with the toilet in our room. After it was used, the tank would not refill properly, so the toilet could not be used again. We reported the problem to the hotel, but there was no maintenance staff available to repair it, so we had to change rooms.

Because the hotel had limited availability, the replacement room was smaller and did not have the sofa bed that our original room had. In effect, we were moved to a lower room type because of a maintenance problem that was not our fault.

We appreciated that the staff tried to find us another room, but it was disappointing to have our room downgraded because of an issue with the hotel's facilities. I hope the hotel can improve its maintenance support and offer a more appropriate solution when situations like this occur.

Pros:

Property very pretty.

Cons:

Not enough clerks working to check you in. Not polite at all. The comforter on bed had blood on it. Maid never changed it. Didn’t replace coffee, toilet paper or trash bags. We had to ask fir coffee and cups first room.

Not many restaurants around it for late night food... they only option we had was pizza at 10pm arrival

Pros:

Easy access to highways

Cons:

Trying to get a luggage cart was impossible. There is no parking area for check I. If there are multiple people at the same time. The ac unit started making noises and was kicking in every 6 minutes making it impossible to sleep.
