It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Cinneman rolls are a hit.

Cons:

Not sure what the room service schedule was supposed to be. My room was serviced 3 out of 4 times. Why not all 4 days?

It was a nice stay in a clean and comfortable hotel, but Inwas only there for about 10 hours, because we were traveling

The lobby and rhe room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lady who checked me in was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

I accidentally booked January 19th, instead we f January 18th through Booking.com. I tried to contact Booking.com, but there was not a phone number. I tried to chat, but the answer I got was very generic and no help at all. I had to try to work it out with the employee. She didn't have access to manually change the date. She helped me by calling and being put on hold for a long time. The is process took at least an hour. It was around 10:00 PM or later before we got checked in. That was not the employee's fault. There should be a better way to handle issues like this.

Good price, clean comfortable and QUIET.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and cool. The breakfast area was well thought out and the selections were good. Coffee was pretty good for hotel coffee.
