Great location in these generously sized, serviced apartments.

Simple hotel at central KL
Pros:

Simple hotel that is comfortable at a central location

Cons:

A long walk to the train stations. On Friday and Saturday, heavy traffic in the area. We waited 20-30 mins to get a Grab car

Great location, comfortable bed, good WiFi, helpful staff

Cons:

The room smelled of smoke, not terribly but clearly noticeable upon entering the room.
The sound insulation is rather poor, both towards the street as well as to other rooms.
The pool area feels a bit neglected and could use a facelift.

Pros:

The only good thing about this property is the host! He was so nice and caring!!!

Cons:

I asked for a taxi transfer to the airport since I had a very early flight and because the airport was far away. Tell me why when I scheduled the taxi, they never told me how much the price was, nor did they mention that there was an additional fee due to how early my drive was. When the driver picked me up, it was a smooth ride. Then, when he dropped me off, he didn’t ask for a payment and simply said thank you. So I was under the impression that either the taxi service was on the house or that they would charge my room. No! They blamed me and called me yelling saying I didn’t pay the driver when he NEVER asked for payment. Usually at the end of a drive, the taxi driver requests to be paid but he never did. They threatened to call the immigration police on me and everything. Absolutely terrible.
