Moderate hotel for short stays
Pros:

I recently visited this hotel with my family,and I found it still okay.There are no other issues about this hotel.Its service ,cleanliness are still okay for me and my family. If you want to have a 1-2 days stay,I recommend this hotel.

Most horrible receptionist....ever
Pros:

Just went in to visit the hotel. Receptionist rude. I asked if anyone in charge said....no. Any manager on duty....no. ignored me and started texting. Never in my life I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Pros:

after tired traveling a long journey, finally met the Grand Champagne hotel! safe my life...gonna sleep here for 12 hour...
feel so comfortable n freezing cold air condition...
clean washroom...this hotel was center of the kuantan city and is easy to go for shopping mall such as capital mall and megamall, besides that, you can also visit star city where it is also nearby the grand champagne hotel, only about 10 minutes...
or you can also go to Teluk Cempedak, its only about 15 minutes away from the hotel by car...
