Traditional stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful time, staying in a traditional room, with windows facing the beach. There is a onsen inside. The older lady working there was very nice.

Cons:

There is no WiFi, but I didn’t mind.

Potentiel gâché
Pros:

L'emplacement et l'ancien batiment.
Un Ryokan a l'ancienne qui vient d'etre rénové.
La personne tenant l'etablissement, ne parlant que Japonais, est serviable.
Le onsen est un plus (malgré les défauts cités dans les remarques)

Cons:

Malgré la rénovation, plusieurs aspects laisse a désirer : mauvaise isolation phonique, lavabos dans un très mauvais état.

Onsen pas très propre et relativement petit pour le nombre de chambres.

Beaucoup de choses trainent ca et la (carton, sacs de linge), on a l'impression d'etre dans une remise.

Le plus genant est que certains touristes arrivent a plus de 22h et faisant énormément de bruit pendant plus de 2h( cela s'entend encore plus du fait de la mauvaise isolation phonique) et la direction n'a rien fait pour leur demander d'etre plus silencieux.

Le futon était également très fin, avec la sensation de dormir a meme le tatami.

La salle commune est a mon sens un raté : comment peut-on restaurer une si grande salle sans y adjoindre des "commodités récentes" (micro onde, et tables confortable)? Cela permettrait de prendre un petit déjeuner sachant que c'est quasi mission impossible de trouver quelque chose d'ouvert le matin...

Pros:

The elderly hostess was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful and she really added to our stay. The onsen was nice.

Cons:

The communal onsen was the only place to get washed. Just a note to travellers not used to this. The hostess could maybe benefit from some help as maintaining the ryokan alone must be a lot to do.

建物は古い、しかし設備は最新を入れていたり頑張っている
旅館中ビニールの畳、メンテナンスを考えればこれも有り、床が軋む←とか言う人は自分の膝が鳴らないようにメンテナンスしましょう
入口両脇のプレデターとエイリアンが間近にみれただけでも楽しかった、もうそれだけでも良い思い出

Cons:

食事提供がない分近くにご飯屋さんがもっとあったら良かったね。

Pros:

La gérante est une personne exceptionnelle. Japonaise très âgée et toujours très alerte, avenante, … avec un minimum de connaissance du japonais on arrive à bien communiquer. On reviendra !

호텔에서 사기친 부킹닷컴이라는데 어떻게합니까?

모든부분이 안좋습니다. 최악입니다 절대 안갑니다

직원 태도부터 고쳐야합니다. 고객에게 편안함을 주는게 아니라 소리치면서 이야기 하는것부터 큰 잘못입니다. 위협을 느껴서 숙박을 하지않고 도망치듯 나와서 다른곳으로 갔습니다. 예약정보가 잘못되었으면 정확하게 이야기하고 수정해야지 고객을 사기꾼취급하는건 문제입니다. 연세많은 저희 장인한테 2명의 직원이 소리치면서 이야기하는것부터 문제입니다. "사기친 부킹닷컴에 이야기하라는데 부킹닷컴에다 이야기 하라는데 " 호텔직원이 그렇게까지 이야기하는데 어떻게 믿고 부킹닷컴에 예약하고 갑니까
