Great staff and good food

This hotel is under new management and it was a pleasure to stay there. Will definitely stay again. The property is very clean and the new restaurant that has opened up there is very good.

Staff are amazing. Very kind and super helpful.

The room was very spacious, bed was comfy and the food in the restaurant was awesome.

Arrived at 11:00 but no one was at the front. We waited no one came. We waited finally a young fellow came. He had either been sleeping or was hung over. The towels are all stained the duvet was. Really dirty on the edges. Do not stay here

Stayed at this property for a month. Staff friendly. Even had someone smoke in the hotel and they were very concerned with the comfort of my stay after that.

No breakfast was served, no one at front desk for check out, over all very disappointed, rooms were pricey for what we received

Chairs for desk were comfortable, bed excellent with unique headboard. Very quiet (except for ice-maker cycling).Bathroom sink faucet sprays directly onto edge of sink soaking everything. Invoice from Hotel is more than $20 less than Expedia's charge to my card?!?!

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient to have such a nice, modern hotel in a small town.

All lamps in room were unplugged. Clock radio was unplugged. Shower head was crusted from hard water so spray was poor. Shower curtain was white but had huge blue stain on it from body wash or shampoo from supplied dispensers. Elevator was shut down in morning when I tried to leave third floor. Had to go down the stairs. Breakfast was poor cold selection on a single table. Dining room was dark and food was set up in table in lobby. Coffee was cold. I stayed here in mid summer and everything was excellent. New management now according to locals. I won’t be rushing to stay here again anytime soon. The only thing I found good was the bed was comfortable.

The room was large and comfortable and the continental breakfast had waffles and eggs which exceeded our expectations.

While the hotel has been shoddily put together and there are lots of little things that are broken don't work whatever. This hotel is way better then the alternatives in carnduff. The only staff member running the whole place was very nice and tried hard to make everything wonderful.

The accommodations were great. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette made it so great to have a healthy lunch or a snack before going exploring. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There wasn't much to choose from and the items weren't even restocked ie: coffee, butter, creamer etc. We have stayed in much cheaper hotels and got better quality breakfast.

The faucets in the kitchen and in the bathroom were poorly designed. Caused water to be sprayed outward causing us to get wet several times. Also, the heating and cooling system was a bit erratic. The room was sometimes too cold and at other times it was too hot.

Great room, clean and spacious. Front desk service A1. Recommend this hotel for your stay in this area.

Need at least one more comfortable chair in the room.

The room was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. The lady at the front went out of her way to get us on the same floor as other members of our group and when we forgot something, she phoned right away. Really appreciated her willingness to extend breakfast for a couple late risers in our group as well.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Room was first rate!

Very unclean and old looking. Room looked like it had no been vacuumed for quite a long time. Mild in the shower.
