Tolles Hotel mit guter zentraler Lage in Lissabon
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war soweit auch in Ordnung. Die Auswahl hätte etwas größer sein können. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Pros:

Tutto tranne un inconveniente spiacevole che in una struttura a 4 stelle non è accettabile. Vedi sezione cosa non mi è piaciuto.

Cons:

Dopo aver segnalato la mancanza della spazzola per il wc, mi è stato laconicamente risposto che....le spazzole per wc erano esaurite. Dopo aver fermamente insistito, la spazzola wc è apparsa. Unicamente per questo fatto non posso valutare con un 10 la struttura, ricordando che l'igiene non è un dettaglio trascurabile.

Super bien ubicado, excelente atención de todo el personal en recepción y restaurante especialmente de Ingrid.

Cons:

No dejaban botella de agua diario... si habia alguna botella con un poquito... ya con eso no dejaban botella nueva.
