La habitación no estaba en un estado propio de un hotel de este nivel. Se nota el paso de los años.
Great staff and location for a busy city
Clean comfort
After a hot day in Lisbon, we loved the pool. Staff were very accommodating too. And it was nice to have the bar right next to the pool… very relaxing!

Su ubicación esta un poco lejos del centro pero cerca a estaciones del metro y en un barrio agradable

The location is great and the hotel is very clean .
The pool is in the shadow and small , and the atmosphere of the hotel is a bit « cold » compared to others places in Lisbon that felt more cozy.
Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, wystrój, świetna lokalizacja. Basen mały, ale bardzo przyjemny. Na pożegnanie dostaliśmy good bye letter i pastel de nata, co było urocze i podbiło nasze podróżnicze serduszka.
Wszystko było bardzo dobrze oprócz poduszek, które dla mnie były zbyt twarde i wysokie, więc się nie wyspałam.
Central location, very clean, beds were very comfortable. Great staff that gave us a picnic box to go for breakfast because we had an early flight out

The fact that extra water is charged. You get one bottle free and others bottles you need to buy. Hotels in Europe generally are doing this. I think one of the basic facilities is drinking water that all hotels should make a point to provide. Their four star / five star status doesn’t mean to much if they want you to buy your own water from outside (cause they are going to sell you water for 2, 3 or 4 euros for a bottle).
