Could have been better.
Pros:

Employees were helpful. They were friendly and cooperative. They guided us on our needs to travel to touristic spots. The surrounding atmosphere where the lake is made our stay interesting. We met friendly people.

Cons:

Not enough drinking water. We were given 2 bottles and had to request for more but again only given 2. We were told to buy if we needed more. I suggest giving 4 bottles upon check in.
I requested swimming pool to be opened at 7.30 am or 7.45 am but was denied. There were no towels at the pool at 8 am. I had to come down to the lobby to get them.

Excellent.
Pros:

Staff was very considerate throughout my stay, and I appreciate that. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the swimming pool, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. I truly appreciated the views of the mountains and the lake from the room.

Cleanliness of the toilet. There some hair in the toilet. Others nothing.

A lot to be improved
Pros:

Location is top notch, Chinese restaurant made it easy to order food. Beautiful lake garden view.

Cons:

A lot of things to be improved about the room.
1. Lounge chairs are not of same height and the exterior is already peeling.
2. TV screen is buzzing. Please fix your tv connection.
3. Toiletries are not ergonomically installed. It’s way too high.
4. No one to help me with my luggage and opening the heavy door upon arrival. That first impression really made it quite unpleasant. It would be nice if someone could open the door for me at the very least.

Disappointing!
Pros:

Besides good location, front with raintree walk. Flemington is really needs a face-lift! Everything is so "aged"!! From front desk to dining area, fittings are all so "aged"! Rooms-Toilet seat loosen and not fixed! Sink bowl is broken! BREAKFAST should be optional but is included! Twin room price at Rm250+ Breakfast is very basic!! PARKING is horrendous, no parking at basement or front yard.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff were very helpful and kind... especially when I got locked out of my room

Cons:

The sky bar was closed..no recreational areas in the hotel. Poor noise blocking.. there was a wedding on the 1st floor and we can hear the MC and music on the 4th floor.
