Pros:

Le quartier, même si c’est plutôt loin du BTS (30 minutes à pied), avec pas mal de restaurants, tout en étant calme. Le personnel est sympathique et les studios sont propres, et n’ont pas de mauvaise odeur.

Cons:

C’est dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas aménagée (contrairement aux photos). On n’en profite pas car il n’y a pas de parasol et pas assez de tables, ou fauteuils. Ce serait vraiment agréable avec des parasols, ou des pergolas et des plantes…

Feels like coming home
Pros:

Rekma, Ralph, Tao and the entire crew were a joy to interact with.
Room was bright and spotless. Enough space for a comfy loveseat.
Washing machine in- room and they gave me extra pillows on request being a side sleeper : )
Just a pleasure all around.

One note: Be sure to plug in the correct property on Google maps/Grab as there are similarly named properties in the area

Best value for money, good location, clean and friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

This is one of the best value for money place that I’ve stayed at so far in BKK and I’ve stayed at at least 15 different places here. Very clean, spacious room, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend

Pros:

Great property. Unit includes a full kitchen and looked brand new. It looked brand new because it didnt come with pots and pans to cook with, thus you cant really use the kitchen. If you buy frozen food then it is perfect (have microwave). However, being so close to local food places, you technically dont need to cook for short stays. Other than that, property made me felt like home for 3 short days.
