Room was large, however i felt like it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly.

Pictures honestly felt like I was catfished, still was able to stay a night.

In general we had a pleasant stay. My only comment is that the room had some maintenance issues that need to be taken care of.

Air conditionating didn’t work, staff was nice

Large room and bathroom to help make our stay comfortable! We felt a bit out of the way, but there was a bus close by to get us into the main area. Breakfast was a good deal.

Very new hotel, and still stone wrinkles to work out. Very modern look and feel. Comfortable bed, big room. The TV in my room and several others, was not connected to antenna, and no SMART apps, only YouTube.

People are very helpful

Negatives
- Location - Property is outside central brussels. 30/40 min travel to grand place.
- Service - More like airb&b with even less accountability. only managed partially with reduced services.
- Parking advised but not available as very limited but can only do once you arrive or on the day. Lots of streets around with different zoning restrictions and tow away signs! residents around not happy with visitors to this place.Parking app not available to UK residents. Even if use property parking, you may find yourself blocked when you try to exit!
- Room - Faulty lights, Broken shower, Broken bed. Double bed option booked for 2 days but provided twin with bad mattresses.
- Entertainment - none for english/other language. No internet on tv so no apps
- WIFI - free but very poor speed.

Asked for change for bed/mattress setting after terrible first night on day 1 and ignored. Raised complaint on day 2 and ignored. Ended up with terrible backpain rather than rest on vacation. Needed to visit doctor to get painkillers during stay + continued problems. Management washed away its hands stating its housekeeping problem. Awaiting expedia response.

-None except staff can speak english. Its a different matter that they don't do anything.

-Breakfast option at 15 Euro per person. I didn't try so cannot comment (one can get a decent meal for same amount outside if not cheaper).

Close to tram system, easy access to Grand Place, Parc du Cinquantenaire, etc.

Property was okay. Quite run down, very very dusty in our rooms, my wife and I were sneezing profusely.

Positive were that it was spacious and staff were friendly.
Easy access to public transport and local cafes too.

Everything was perfect

Loved the location, close to amenities and transport.
Staff were exceedingly helpful and kind.
Unfortunately the lift was out of order so five floors of stairs wasnt fun but staff offered to help with luggage.
We enjoyed our stay, the unit was spacious and very comfortable

The receptionist was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with our questions. Also, the room was vary big and spacious and also had a kitchen.

Standard room and no kitchenette despite being on the booking. Double bed was two singles pushed together so very uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall very tired appearance to the facilities

Good hotel wifi works, clean and spacious room. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you ectrabif you want yo have access to the kitchen (included in the room but locked with a steel courtain) you have to pay extra. Also you have to pay extra to have your room serviced by housekeeping. I was there for 2 nights only, so no big deal for me.
