Quiet staying in Brussels
Pros:

The location is at 30 min.walk from the EU institutions, in a quiet residential area.
You enter the room with the code , don't need a card or a key.
The room was spacious.
I enjoyed that you could sit at the terrace or in the lobby.Coffee and water is free all the day.

Cons:

Breakfast is the same every day, no variety.
They should change the Hamon/ Prosciutto ham as not all people like this having every day.
The man from the reception asked me if I had paid for breakfast ( as you can pay on the spot every day ).It looked that they don't know the system very well.My payment looked pending and I had paid cash.It was embarrassing being asked this as they don't provide you any payment proof for this, only at the end of your staying at check out.

Привітний персонал, хороша доступність до магазинів та транспорту

Cons:

Кондиціонер-ЖАХЛИВО!!!! Він настільки шумний,що спати не можливо!! Підійшла на рецепцію, сказали що не можуть повністю вимкнути, можуть тільки трохи зменшити. Шум всеодно -ЖАХЛИВИЙ!!! Самому в номері теж не можна відключити!!
Також НЕ ПОВЕРНУЛИ КОШТИ в сумі 100€ який залишаєш як депозит!

Cons:

The bed because when your both in the middle its like make you stuck in the middle. Please improve the bed and it will be great to sleep well

Pros:

Панорамные окна и шторы блекаут были отличными ) А так же очень удобная кровать, что позволяло хорошо выспаться) Неплохое расположение, что позволило прогуляться пешком по многим интересным местам.

Cons:

Номер не соответствует фотографиям на букинге. Пошарпаные стены, только одно кресло у столика, плохо работающая микроволновая печь, а так же слабый напор воды в душе вызывают вопросы и непонимание для чего взымается депозит в размере 100 евро.

Impossible de dormir
Pros:

Emplacement très bien
Chambre très grande

Cons:

Rideaux trop courts : luminosité et intimité problématiques
Porte à code : pas du tout sécurisant
Clim extrêmement bruyante impossible à couper, j’ai eu froid en pleine canicule
Globalement limite en terme de rénovation (douche qui fuit, parquet qui gondole)
