Great accommodation, good value, would absolutely stay again
Pros:

loved it!
+spacious and plenty of room to feel organized
+wonderful balcony and natural light; nice lighting in the room made it feel cozy at night too
+the rooftop space was lovely for getting some sun
+welcoming staff were so helpful and kind
+yummy breakfast with fruit, eggs, toast, potatoes, and coffee/tea
+convenient and quiet location near the main streets without the noise of being right on the main streets

Will stay at the Sacred Boutique on my next visit to Kathmandu.
Pros:

The owner / manager was exceptionally helpful, printing boardin passes for us, storing baggage and good advice on future flights and trekking plans.

Cons:

Room was a little noisy due to building work outside but hopefully that’ll be finished soon.

Niet boutique, wel heel fijn hotel
Pros:

Dit is natuurlijk geen boutique hotel, maar we hebben wel een zeer prettig verblijf gehad. Scherpe prijs, zeer behulpzaam personeel (o.a. voor onze trektocht) en prima ligging aan de rand van Thamel. Veel op loopafstand bereikbaar. Ontbijt prima.
