Cons:

the upstairs rooms are not recommended! During the night some Aircon or Boiler go on and off and you cannot sleep without earplugs! Cockroaches in the Bathrooms…but thats common also in other 3 Stars places.

Our experience with this accommodation was absolutely amazing. From the very first moment, the hosts charmed us with their incredible kindness and friendly approach.
The accommodation itself was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had seaview. Breakfasts were perfect, with fresh fruit every day and delicious dishes.
We felt right at home here, and thanks to that, we take away beautiful memories. Thank you for everything! We would love to come back and can only highly recommend this place. 😊

A wonderful time on a lovely and cozy boutique hotel in Narigama Beach.

Pros:

Great location in a quieter, less crowded part of Hikkaduwa, yet close to restaurants, bars and shops. Fantastic ocean view, beautiful beach and the ocean at your fingertips. Stylish interior decoration, small but nice, spotless and comfortable rooms with A/C, moskito nets, and a fridge. Delicious breakfasts served at an open air dining area with the sea view, and you can also arrange for home made dinners. Fantastic owners: young Sri Lankan couple, so hospitable, cheerful and helpful with everything, transportation from the airport and day trips, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Pros:

Nice rooms in a house with garden directly connected to the beach.. Rush of the main street is separated by house gate and all the rooms are sea facing. Owned by very friendly family, you will feel like in a small oasis. The beach in front is full of sand and you can easily swim or play in the waves without crowd of people (really not busy beach in the season).

Simply PERFECT! Nadeesha & Indi are extremely kind, caring, helpful. Clean rooms & excellent food!
Pros:

Nadeesha & Indi are people on the spot - they take great care of the house&property, help with anything they can.
We enjoyed their company, the home atmosphere & calmness of the place, very tasty & always fresh food - we had opportunity to try out Sri Lanka’s traditional meals as well as nice grilled fish & coconut pancakes. Thank you for making our time in Hikkaduwa unforgettable!
