Very very disappointed on you after spending 1 hour to find the apartment one I arrived there they told me there are no booking and this is a monthly apartment I am very very angry I had to find another hotel with three times the cost I am going to report you to all government bodies you are not professional dont charge my card or I will report this to the police. 

AC was not working, TV not working, furniture in very bad conditions, very dirty bathrooms and floors

It's not clean, and my shower was not working as it supposed to.

Size of the rooms is generous. Air conditioning and Cleanliness is poor. Seemingly property is understaffed. Kitchen has minimal utensils. Simplest of requests need to be chased and reminded.

Noise throughout the nights from the next room up to late night, noise from outside, very load music, people driving cars with speed.
No cleaning services in my 4 night stay, although they said cleaning every 3 nights.
Not comfortable place to stay in.

Birdaha bu otelde konaklamam. Sıfır konfor. Bence bu bir otel değildi daha çok apart yada 4-5 kişinin kiraladığı oda tarzı gibi birşeydi.

Room was dirty and bad smeling

الاقامة جيدة وخصوصا لطلاب جامعة التن باش.

I don't recommend this hotel lacks in everything. No good services, no availabity of things

وهذا الفندق زاد من جمالها .. جميع الخدمات موفره لك من
مواقف للسيارات ومسبح وإفطار مجاني .. اما عن التجهيزات فيحتوي كل جناح بالفندق على مطبخ متكامل
به مواعين وفرن وغسالة مواعين وغسالة ملابس
اما بالنسيه للعاملين في الفندق فتعاملهم يسوده الأحترام ..
وكان تسجيل دخولي سريع جداً .. أنصح به جداً .. إن رجعت الى اسطنبول أنا وعائلتي سأسكن فيه مجدداً بإذن الله ..

I was very busy and i just use this hotel as a place to sleep at ..
I think that's the reason i didn't make a problem with the stuff !!

Although hotel looks newly build but:

The sofa in the living room had cigarette burn holes.
The air conditionesr could not keep the room cool during afternoon
Bathroom sink faucet and shower were broken.

سيئه جدا الشقق بعيده التكييف سئ جدا لايوجد تنضيف السعر رخيص لمن معه عائله كبيره ويتحمل عشان السعر لن اكرر التجربه

Clean and big apartment and near from ataturk airport
But very poor breakfast and far away from city center

suites are very nice and roomy specially for the price, feels like an apartment
Close to two huge shopping malls

When we arrived at the airport we took a taxi and tried to look for the hotel. We spent 29 MINUTES trying to call them but no one picked up the phone. After 30 minutes we found the hotel by LUCK.
When we arrived we sled them why would they not pick up and they said that's the wrong number we called. After that we waited for another 30 minutes for the check in. When we arrived informs of the room he forgot the card so he went to get it. Unless you are in floor 18 and in the last room. He got the card after twenty minutes of looking for the right one and calling another person for it.
The next day we asked for the breakfast and they said that we did I not pay for it despite we did. They said we will bring the breakfast to you. After INHE HOUR of waiting they came with the "breakfast" which was basically cheese and bread. We told them to cal for us a large taxi as we were six people with six bags.
When we went downstairs I had to pay again as they said I didn't. So I had to pay twice for nothing. We got into the "large taxi" which was for four people and went to the airport.
Honestly I would not recommend this to anyone since this "hotel" is terrible. I don't even think it deserves being called a hotel.
