You can see the staff are trained to the highest level. The food is incredible the rooms are a high standard. The welcome you receive every time you arrive is wonderful.

Great service both hotel side and restaurant side. Really top notch food. Convenient location for sights in the area. Easy to get to from Heathrow.

Cons:

Mattresses could be upgraded but honestly this is a 10/10 hotel!

Generally, very good
Pros:

Service in skybar was good, Hugh in the Brasserie was excellent. Food was exceptionally good in the skybar

Cons:

We were given a room with a disabled shower. As we were only staying 1 night, I didn't complain but it was not ideal for 2 able bodied people
