Would not revisit
Pros:

The food was exemplary however their service was intermittent...the terrace for drinks was beautiful. The room had air con and the bed was really comfortable...the room was very spacious

Cons:

Service was slow and had to ask for drinks menu and then a drink and then still got forgotten
Room was not as clean as it should be and on the Friday they had removed the conditioner from the shower?..room servicing was inconsistent and not thorough..when you are paying over £300 a night that is unacceptable

Comfy, clean and as a hotel should
Pros:

Lovely hotel, well laid out, room was spacious and well equipped. Aircon was set just right.

Cons:

Not much really, the breakfast room was a bit dark but we got used to it. We wanted to eat in the restaurant but were too late so ended up in one eleven which was fine.

Good, but Farnborough not an inviting place to visit, went to Farnham which proved worth a visit.
Pros:

Dinner, second course of main meal serving was sent back, inedible to eat, kitchen rectified this with no fuss, a lot better second time round.
All other aspects fine.

Cons:

Disappointed with the Sky bar, because of the title fully expected it to be on top floor with a good vista. Very comfortable with good ambience, but drink prices match it's name, sky high prices.

Comfortable stay as always but couple of issues
Pros:

Room good bed comfortable Breakfast absolutely fine lots of choice. Staff very accommodating

Cons:

Our room was only supplied with water and towels for one person and room keys deactivated at 7.40 morning of departure before we went for breakfast and packed to check out

Exceptional stay. Spotless and roomy
Pros:

All staff would offer to go out of their way to help. We received an upgrade on room which was a lovely surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. The space was amazing, its was spotless, every you needed.
