Quiet location close to the public transport. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, clean and could be warmer, But wish it was closer to the Train Station or should give pickup and drop just for Luggage

Clean and comfortable aparthotel. It feels like home away from home. Had a double bed room on the ground floor. The property was quiet and WiFi connection was decent. However, you can only use 2 devices at one go with the WiFi. The room was equipped with basic amenities (i.e., kettle, towels, toilet rolls, Nespresso machine, toaster, fan, microwave, kitchen utensils and a hob. The only thing missing in the room is an iron but there is a shared laundry room which contains the iron.

The staff were extremely helpful and the accommodation was very clean. The Wi-Fi was also good.
It will be even better if dinner is served for those who checked in late.

The room was clean. Comfortable bed. Kitchen clean and well provided. Close to downtown. Quiet. Kind reception.

Great bang for the buck! Good location close to subway, clean, spacious, with all you need for an extended stay. Recommended!
Note: toilets were really tiny in this unit, I'm 6' tall and had a hard time going through the final phase of what I had to do (more serious business) due to the lack of space.

Great stay. Enjoyed the hospitality. Little away from Paris centre. Calm neighborhood. Clean and tidy rooms.

Good value, B32 is a small apartment with entrance, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.
2 things could be improved for us. The bed was even for us too small and not really comfortable.
We always prefer a real shower instead of a bathtub with part-door. It is slippery and could be dangerous.
The breakfast was really outstanding and the staff very nice.

The room in the Hotel Residence les Asinieres Paris is like a small apartment, with small room with a double bed, small table, good equipped small kitchen where you can buy groceries (close nearby) to have breakfast and everything else. Train station close 5 mn walk, and good neighbourhood with many stores like coffee, bakery, bistro,....

The staff were really welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage and go and explore, as you cant check in until 3pm. When we checked out they allowed us to leave our luggage and collect when needed.
Room had everything we needed.
I asked for a room with a view of The Eiffel Tower , as it was my daughters birthday. They gave us that room.

Good location - quiet and we felt safe walking around. About a 5 mins walk to the train station. Supermarket close by. Room was small, but had everything we needed.

Great property with metro stop 5 min away. Plenty of dinning options around. The staff also very nice and the rooms comfy and sizeable. They even gave us a room with views of the Eiffel Tower! Will definitely stay there again

I really enjoyed my stay at this aparthotel. It’s a great establishment, ideally located in a beautiful area of Asnières. The welcome is warm, and the rooms, equipped with a small kitchenette, are clean, quiet, and modern.
It truly feels like home :) I highly recommend it!

also having to log in to wifi every time we opened is not satisfactory

We arrived a little late for checkin as our plane was late but the staff was excellent, staying after hours to help get us settled in, answer questions and explain the use of the facility with a tour. This was greatly appreciated. The front desk manager was very kind, polite and professional, and welcomed us and wished a wonderful visit to Paris for us. The kindness that was shown towards my wife and I was greatly appreciated. Although a little distance from downtown Paris, the location is close to a train station, there was good shopping, some markets and great restaurants. A great experience to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy downtown area but also easy and quick access to get there if you wanted. The room is well appointed and kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils needed. A great experience made more memorable by the wonderful staff.

We love the cozy, warm atmosphere this hotel provides. It has charm and characteristic. The cleanness, the designs, the colours, the textures, every thing are carefully picked and displaying. I hope the hotel management can keep up with the maintenance so many other tourists can have a chance to enjoy this apart hotel. For this trip, we stayed in 4 stars hotel in Amsterdam, 2 stars hotel in Brussels, no star hotel in Residence Paris Asnieres , and the no star hotel is the best one in our trip. The kitchen has everything we need to cook some basic meals make us feel like home for 5 nights we stayed here. The location is very convenience, it's near the train station, and super markets. It takes around 30 minutes public transportation to get to Paris and other main attractions. Thank you for your service, you give us a lasting memories that will not easy to forget for our Multi-city Europe trip. Merci beaucoup !
