Cons:

We were given a room with a door to another room, we completely lacked privacy and were concerned for our safety as we heard the neighbors for the whole night. Furthermore check in was postponed due to hotel being fully booked since it was New Year’s Eve (which is somewhat understandable).

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were lovely

Cons:

The place was advertised as 5 star which was a flat out scam. The owner is a marble trader so he made the lobby look 5 star and the rooms were like 3 star at best with broken and dirty fixtures. Poorly maintained and basic menu

Location was good and close to airport and downtown

Cons:

The rooms did not have good sound proofing, the room above us when they were using the shower we could hear the water going down the drain.

Great hotel, very fancy, and great Staffa nd hospitality.
Pros:

We loved how clean the rooms were and that housekeeping can everyday, the swimming pools were great too.

Cons:

The location is just in the middle of nowhere, all the tourist destinations are far away from it.

It was a disappointment

Cleanliness

Cons:

Staff way of customer handling specially the restaurant even in breakfast want to charge cash 35000 for cappachino and they don't accept sign and pay at checkout which is so crazy.

Whenever you use any services you need to pay on the spot and are not suppose to pay onetime at checkout. So always need to carry cash or card in your pockets.

Room size is very small.
