Absoluut geen 5 sterren hotel!
Pros:

-De entree, zwembad en het restaurant zagen er goed uit.

Cons:

-De Kamer was te klein.
-Badkamer was zo klein dat je amper jezelf kan omdraaien.
-De vloer is zo glad dat je snel uitglijdt.
-De kamer is absoluut geen 5 sterren waard!
-Personeel stond niet klaar om de koffers naar je kamer te brengen. ( hebben we maar zelf gedaan)
-De douch was slecht.

Voor een 5 sterren hotel mag je veel meer verwachten dan bovenstaande!

Schickes Hotel mitten in Kuta
Pros:

Schöne Einrichtung, toller Indoor Pool, sehr freundliches Personal, fantastisches Frühstück. Zentral in Kuta gelegen

Tutto. Accoglienza fenomenale, posizione comoda, stanza abbastanza comoda, ristorante buono e piscina coperta fantastica!

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto quasi tutto, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, le tovaglie (sia in stanza che in piscina) erano molto vecchie e ingiallite. Non profumavano nemmeno quando erano pulite!

Cons:

We were given a room with a door to another room, we completely lacked privacy and were concerned for our safety as we heard the neighbors for the whole night. Furthermore check in was postponed due to hotel being fully booked since it was New Year’s Eve (which is somewhat understandable).

Pros:

The staff were lovely

Cons:

The place was advertised as 5 star which was a flat out scam. The owner is a marble trader so he made the lobby look 5 star and the rooms were like 3 star at best with broken and dirty fixtures. Poorly maintained and basic menu
