Pros:

La gestione dell' hotel vede oltre il rapporto legato al mero soggiorno. Scalda scarponi da sci, scalda giacche, disponibilità alla facilitazione della mobilità a corto raggio, sensibilità oltre le aspettative dell' ospite a fine soggiorno.

Confortevole e molto ben gestito
Pros:

Struttura molto comoda per sciare a Pinzolo (ma anche a Madonna di Campiglio), parcheggio davanti all’hotel riservato e navetta che ti porta agli impianti di Pinzolo.
Colazione varia e abbondante, staff gentilissimo.
Possibilità inclusa di usufruire del centro benessere dell’hotel in cui si trova una sauna, sauna finlandese, stanza relax e possibilità di farsi una tisana rilassante.
Bellissima la possibilità di avere anche il pass per i musei e castelli del Trentino su richiesta e possibilità di partecipare ad escursioni organizzate dall’hotel.
Le camere superior sono tutte nuove e ben arredate.

Perfect location, great breakfast, and very friendly staff. Everything was perfect — highly recommended.

Cons:

From my perspective as an English‑speaking guest, I would suggest updating the TV to a Smart TV so guests can log into their own accounts. At the moment there are many channels, but almost all of them are in Italian. It would also be helpful to have a channel with information about the ski slope conditions
