Disappointed !
Pros:

Our 4 th stay here
Always used to be quite nice and we kept coming back to tiara
This time around
Poorly maintained room
Bathroom pathetic
Front of the room and corridor very poor condition
Attitude of reception is not worth mentioning
We were a group of 13 people and had booked 4/5 rooms for the weekend
As there was small children requested at least one room early but they did not respond to this !
11-3pm we waited as check in time 3 pm
We were informed at 3 pm that the air conditioning maintenance work is going on in one of our rooms and asked to be waited again further
Breakfast is lousy and really pathetic this time
Requesting the management to look in to this as we really used to love this place!

2 days 1 night is fine. Stay once but won’t repeat except the hotel has refurbished in future.

Near to town.

Cons:

There have a lot of bird and shit all around. The AC compressor is full of bird’s fur and shit, it will affected the air quality, hygiene, makes the environment getting moisture. Although the furniture was clean but it’s quite old. Some of it may need to do maintenance or replacement. Inside the room aura wasn’t that good, during late midnight able to hear something knocking the bedroom door. In fact we all were inside the bedroom and nobody at the living room area.

绿化实在是太棒了，像植物园
