Pros:

L'emplacement et l'extérieur de l'hôtel sont très bien. Esprit colonial avec des mares et des poissons. Nous étions au 4ème étage avec une suite avec une petite attention pour notre voyage de noce sympathique.

Cons:

La chambre est vétuste. Notamment la salle de bain. En arrivant plusieurs milles pattes au fond de la baignoire. Pas de pommeau de douche uniquement une sortie de bain et un jet de douche non réglable. Chambre pas très propre de manière générale, traces douteuses sur le canapé.

Le must, pas de buffet petit déjeuner alors que nous avions payé pour. Et nous n'étions pas prévenus à l'avance sans quoi nous n'aurions pas payé. Une hôtesse nous a reçu au restaurant et nous a informé qu'il n'y avait pas de buffet et qu'elle nous servirait des œufs saucisses ou fruits si nous le souhaitions. Nous avons attendu 30min pour qu'il nous soit servi qu'une assiette de fruit sur les deux demandées. Le jus d'orange n'était pas bon. Très déçu du petit-déjeuner.

Stunning hotel grounds!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and grounds! The pool area and the greenery everywhere are particularly delightful. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and pretty. We did a pretty 1km beach walk into town to a food court, and walked back to the hotel after dark fine; the road had sidewalks all the way. Bicycle friendly hotel; ours stayed in our room!

Cons:

The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment and love, as it's looking tired in places. We found the bed somewhat uncomfortable. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast buffet, even on a Sunday morning, because it was during Ramadan; but we were able to order enough to fill us.

Pros:

It’s a beautiful design hotel by Gilbert Osuga. Spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking a courtyard garden with a small pool. Room had a desk for working. Generous breakfast good coffee

Tiara the best !!
Pros:

This is my first time and i was woowwww!!! Even the hotel is quite old, but overall really exceed my expectation. Old hotel but feeling like luxury!! I aldy recommended to all my officemate to stay at Tiara when we all travel for work. Even my wife and me aldy plan for vacation in labuan just to stay in Tiara because everything was there. No need to go to other location . Hahaha . We just wanna relax there!

Cons:

Please make sure u check your chicken before cook because the chicken taste like "rosak". Ayam berbau walaupun dah masak. Other than chicken.. all good!
