The room was quite spacious with a big very comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a very good shower with plenty of towels. We were overlooking the front of the building but the traffic died down in the evening and did not disturb us at all, and we were on the second floor so no noise from downstairs either. Breakfast in the morning was lovely with a really good selection including cereals, full yorkshire breakfast and everything in between. Checking in and out were easy and we had booked a parking space with the hotel which was at the back and easy to access. We were within a five minute walk of all the main parts of Harrogate and were able to do everything that we wanted too without needing the car at all.

Located in the centre of Harrogate within walking distance of train/bus station and main shopping area. Great selection of quality restaurants in close proximity to hotel. Hotel was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff, on site car parking a bonus and if feasible upgrade to a Superking Suite which are very spacious and have a balcony. Breakfast, dining menu and bar very good. Would highly recommend a stay at The Inn At Cheltenham Parade.

The way we were treated by the staff was excellent. The room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The location was perfect, and the manager reserved us a table so we could watch the England game. The breakfast was outstanding.

The Thai only menu in the pub below, didn’t quite feel 4 star as a hotel, the creaky floorboards in the upstairs rooms!
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located in the city centre. Overall, we had a comfortable overnight stay here.

In room 11 I could hear the music from the speaker in the bar all evening and again from 7am.

We had a lovely big room, a very big comfortable bed and lovely walkin shower.
We had the full yorkshire breakfast which was very tasty and set us up for the whole day.
Beautiful inside and outside, the seating area at the front of the hotel was my favourite part. Hotel room was perfect, we had a double bed and a large single bed in our room, so comfortable, cleanliness was perfect, literally 9/10 minutes walk from railway station. All staff were wonderful, kind, helpful and friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant my god food was so delicious. We are definitely going to stay again and recommend it to all my family and friends 10 out of 10.

The amount of stairs to climb as in attic. I was OK but my friend has physical limitations so REALLY struggled. It would of helped if known this before booking.

The Inn was very close to the Royal Hall. The inn itself was very well laid out with plenty of seats. The food, drinks and service were excellent. The room we stayed in was amazing, very roomy and so clean. The amenities in the room was good too.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The only thing was that there was not a toilet on the ground floor. (The toilets themselves were immaculate too. )

You could do with a hand rail next to the roll top bath I managed I am in my sixties and had a lovely shower but getting back out I had to shout at my husband to help as the floor was wety
