Pros:

1. Location - it is located in Kampar new town. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and stalls nearby. It is also near the main road of Kampar - KL / Kampar - northern parts of Malaysia.

2. Cleanliness - The hotel and my room are very clean. In fact the whole premise is clean. This contributes to a comfortable stay.

3. Spacious - I booked a twin sharing room. I was surprised to find that the room was comfortably spacious. 2 - 3 people can perform prayers simultaneously.

4. Hospitality - The hotel has trained its staff well. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. .

We had a good stay, as usual.
Pros:

Clean room, friendly staff, good location.

Cons:

Breakfast. all good except for the porridge. not full condiment. seems more of "budget" level.

Room. booked room for 3 person but on checking in the 3rd person bed was not prepared. Had to call housekeeping. Once only. Came 1st time, i got a blanket and a pillow. 2nd time i got bedsheet and 3rd time i got the quilt. All ok after that. (just a feedback. Your housekeeping personnel was very helpful.)
