I am really sorry but I didn’t like the pillows. I ‘ve found them hard , uncomfortable .
Decent variety for morning though by 9.40 the tables are empty, stationd are not entirely refilled yet you can still find water, etc. It basically seems that the staff are overwhelmed by the crowd and its understandable. Bar and restaurant bar, including the reception, top notch
Houskeeping and pool staff are way beyond rude, not trained regarding customer service ( of course not all of them but the lady that took care of 429).

I am waiting for the hotel management to contact me as there is a lot wrong with her that needs addressed.
The beach is just so so bad i have no words ( not the hotels fault though), bad smell as well.
Am petrecut un sejur de 3 nopți la Hotel Malibu și, din păcate, experiența a fost una mixtă.
Principalul minus a fost parcarea. La momentul rezervării era menționat că locul de parcare este inclus, însă în realitate hotelul dispune de doar aproximativ 25 de locuri, insuficiente pentru numărul de camere. Având în vedere că am plătit 3.860 lei pentru 3 zile( cu mic dejun și prânz incluse pentru 2 persoane), mă așteptam ca un loc de parcare să fie garantat sau, cel puțin, să fie specificat clar că parcarea este disponibilă doar în limita locurilor. Consider că această informație ar trebui comunicată transparent încă din momentul rezervării.
Un alt aspect mai puțin plăcut a fost faptul că aerul condiționat funcționa doar atunci când cartela era introdusă în suportul din cameră. Astfel, după întoarcerea de la plajă, era nevoie să așteptăm aproximativ o oră până când temperatura din cameră devenea confortabilă.
De asemenea, plaja hotelului mi s-a părut destul de slab întreținută, mai ales raportat la prețurile practicate și la nivelul de confort pe care îl promite hotelul.
În schimb, un mare plus îl reprezintă mâncarea. Preparatele au fost foarte bune, variate și de calitate, iar acest aspect a contribuit semnificativ la experiența noastră și a compensat, într-o anumită măsură, neajunsurile întâmpinate.
Per total, consider că hotelul are potențial, însă sunt câteva aspecte importante care ar trebui îmbunătățite pentru ca serviciile să fie pe măsura tarifelor practicate.
Large and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and lunch. The pool and the beach are very nice and peaceful. Lovely staff
Location- the most tourist area is in the middle/north so if you look for touristic place consider it. If you look for a quiet place not in the center- it’s a wonderful hotel

Marea plina de alge, parcari putine
Totul la superlativ : mic dejun copios și un prânz diversificat , iar vremea excelenta au conturat o imagine perfecta de concediu la mare pe litoralul romanesc . Toată statiunea full , Satul de vacantă aproape și parcă a renăscut ca in perioada 2010-2012.
